Don’t ever believe that if you skip one day of exercise, it’s not going to create a big ripple fact in your life.
This ripple affect pours into the choices. We make, the perspective that we have about situation, and whether or not, we say yes, or no to opportunities that present themselves. These ripple facts, build upon the habits that we establish, or don’t, which, then define the type of person we become. always remember that our success in life is not made up of big choices and actions, but the complete opposite. It’s the small choices that we make every day that defines the course of our life. via @mikechangofficial

I have nothing in front of me, because nothing is all we have! In the end all materialistic goals turn into dust and we are all equal in front of death! I spend 1 hour every morning meditating and thinking about the goal of life, and the meaning of it

I approve of this message. Unfortunately I don't workout everyday, only 3-4 times a week. However I've been doing this for years. I feel a certain degree of guilt if I don't workout for a couple of days. This is a feeling that's hard to achieve and 85% of people don't even understand it. Cheers!

Honestly, the one day into the one month and then a year, has happened to me. And you’re, exactly right - all those consequences is what is happening to me right now. For some, it’s their workout, for others it’s their morning routine, but skipping that the thing you do to take care of yourself everyday has much more impactful consequences than you often realize in that moment of skipping your non-negotiable that day. This is an incredible reminder any time we decide to skip it, what could happen.

I'm 40 with a beautiful family. I know I am out of shape and know what has to be done so I can be the best for my family. But I find it hard to get motivated after a day's work. But your video was on the nail. You don't have to do everything but any bit of exercise will help and build up. Thank you 👊

Don’t do it after. Do it before. Don’t make excuses. Wake up an hour earlier each day, you have to make the time. Sleep is important so go to bed an hour earlier. Personally I will say from experience that losing sxual energy, makes you more tired. I practice sea men retention and my body doesn’t even need the same amount of sleep and I’m well rested. It’s also the diet, it’s all connected! We are all living this life learning everyday! You here hearing this motivation speech for a reason and Jesus Christ loves you ❤ 🙏

But as someone who suffers from bipolar disorder i can tell that i understand every word you are saying, Mike, cause that's the way i recently found to keep going no matter how awfull the symptoms are trying to destroy my life. I was in this chaotic state you mentioned all along this video, not taking care of myself and skipping just one day became 4 years. Then, I woke up after a breakup with my ex girlfriend and decide to get back to my routines. Today, I wake up everyday and exercise for 20 minutes, then meditate for 30 minutes. Breathing and exercise almost eveyday and going to a gym or just calisthenics in a park. Even just going for a walk early in the morning can be a good routine.

If a day off turns into a week then a month etc, then maybe you arent enjoying your workouts? I think taking care of yourself is very important but also resting and enjoying lifes other joys is important too ❤
