A planet+ (at max plus slight wank) person vs a casual contender for continent destroyer and at max universal/low multi (with wank) Yes it’s a stomp. Like not even getting into hax on either side. They’re both kind of similar character wise so I definitely agree, you can also throw in Yuji too. That trio would be the best friends among Shonen MCS.

Ichigo is a character I can see being chill with other characters, but Yusuke and him would probably argue the same way ichigo argues with say, his quincy friend uruyu Ishida. Tho I'd see them arguing over different things than he would with his existing cast, Yusuke is more laid back than any of the others. I think they would disagree over who the leader is, but you could also say half of the cast behind Yusuke fighting with ichigo over that, as they see to be a group that is bound by their jobs or goals while ichigo and co are all mostly friends and they work together without arguing.

Would definitely not say Ikkaku was secretly captain level at all. He was inferior to Renji before Bankai who definitely isn't Captain level. Neither Renji or Ikkaku would stand a chance against any of the captains at the time.

@Bread-lh4fl I mean it's literally stated that ikakku has a bankai but he never used it until the arrancar arc because he'd rather follow kenpachi rather than be a captain so yes he is captain level he just held back on ichigo. Also whenever Renji talks to ikakku he does so respectfully meaning ikakku is his superior so I don't get where you got that he was inferior to Renji.

@@darktigersharkmax4432 Having a Bankai does not make you captain level, if anything it could just make you a high-end LT. Ikkaku's Bankai is not impressive at all as with its full power it broke against Edorad, who is not even Privaron Espada level. Also, it wasn't even going to defeat the other one that stomped him with his bare fists. Every Captain is shown to be blatantly Espada 3/4 level or higher. Ikkaku wouldn't even beat Base Yammy. And Renji beat Ikkaku when it came to a fight with their abilities and Shikai, with no Bankai. That's why I claimed Renji was superior, even if Ikakku's Bankai gave him an edge Renji's bankai would just beat it. Renji scales to Byakuya. Byakuya scales to Ichigo and so does Renji. The Ichigo that beat Ikkaku is inferior to the one that fought and was heavily pressured before being amped by Renji. Renji then gets on to become 10x stronger due to his Bankai training which if anything could mean Shikai/Base Renji would scale above Ikkaku's Bankai.

Just because Ikakku's bankai broke doesn't mean he isn't captain level, Renji himself states Ikakku could be a captain if he wanted to not to mention ichigo with a gaping wound on his chest and covered in bandages before he even started training for bankai was stated by Ukitake and Byakua to be captain level are you seriously telling me ikakku with his bankai is weaker than that version of ichigo? I mean that's after they trained in preparation for the war against Aizen you can't compare their soul society arc selves to their arrancar arc selves they blatantly trained by your logic end of soul society arc ichigo should be able to fight grimmjow fine but obviously that isn't the case. Also where are you getting this "Renji beat ikkakku" info from? I don't remember them fighting at all in the series and I looked it up on Google and nothing about it shows up so are you lying right now? Renji does not scale to byakuya....he literally got humiliated and could only land 1 single attack on him during the soul society arc and Renji struggled against szayelaporro despite having help from Uryu, pesche, and dondochakka while byakuya can single handedly beat Zommari. Renji doesn't scale to ichigo either, renji only landed 1 attack on byakuya while ichigo could actually land significant blows and outright beat him and renji doesn't scale to ichigo in the arrancar arc either. The fact of the matter is ikkakku is captain level because he has a bankai, renji literally says he's good enough to be a captain, and ikakku a obviously scales higher than a heavily injured ichigo that hasn't even trained for bankai yet.

As others have said, it's literally confirmed cannon that he could have been promoted to captain but CHOSE to stay in his division by choice.

Ichigo's sheathed Bankai *killed* Yhwach. He used hax (The Almighty) to *return from Death* because he got oneshot by a suppressed Getsuga from just Ichigo's shinigami powers, while he had his Hollow and Quincy Powers, the powers of Yamamoto, and EVERY DEAD STERNRITTER 💀 If you scale Yhwach to Multiversal, Ichigo is High Multiversal. He lost due to Yhwach's omega hax. His AP absolutely dogs Yhwach.

He was still bodying him the ENTIRE time, he only did some damage with the Gran Rey Getsuga, but Yhwach brushed it off pretty easily afterwards, and with the Getsuga in bankai while being distracted by Aizen. I think Yhwach being able to break his bankai so easily shows that Ichigo isn't THAT much stronger than him. If their powers weren't relevant, he wouldn't be able to break Ichigo's bankai, horn and his spirit. Also, he never even used any of the other abilities he had access to, so idk what's the point in mentioning that

@@Vitou777 The point in mentioning the others is that their SP adds to his. He takes back "power", not just haxes or schrifts. And yes, everything you mentioned was vs sheathed bankai. The moment his bankai was unsheathed, even with only ⅓ of his powers, True Zangetsu cleaved through Yhwach. WD(K)ALY confirms he got back both the hollow and quincy powers taken from him, and Klub Outside had Kubo confirm that the hell arc ichigo has his shikai state as a single blade by choice. He still has all the sauce he did in tybw and much, much more. I think you're referring to the hax negation of SP when you say that they have to be relevant. Aizen is the only one shown using his SP in that manner. Ichigo couldn't even resist Askin, though he wasn't being damaged either, just incapacitated. This is because Aizen's statement applies to spiritual pressure battles (SP/Reiatsu). Shinigami fight using SP, by exerting their internal reiryoku through the vents in their wrists. Quincies fight using Reishi around them. This was explained by Uryuu at the start of the series, and reinforced again when Urahara blocked second fusion Aizen's reiatsu vents to try and burn him from within. That reiatsu neg mechanic just doesn't apply to reishi-based hax.

I never thought yamo bankai feat as universal it always made sense to affect the planet. But yeah he was suppressing his affect on the soul society so he doesn't destroy it. Multiuniversal or universal still good power level regardless. I think it being end of bleach at the time him being that high to multiversal makes sense to me

Bleach was also inspired by Saint Seiya which is another OG anime that’s powerful enough to compete with the likes of Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon.

Yeah exactly he got better range and ranged techniques from explosive to cutting. He doing really damage getting cut by Ichigo. His defense is way higher with layers of defense and could endure a lot. It's a great fight but Ichigo coming on top. Like a clash of getsuga tensho and spirit gun would be so cool

i dont think it can harm him, anyone can easily scale ichigo to multi galaxy, consdering there was panel about kon talking about a galaxy and if we assume each realm is galaxy size that would make ichigo multi galaxy, and thats at bare mininum i can get ichigo way higher than that

He missed alot in his bleach scaling too.fullbring bankai Ichigo scales at the very least to yamamoto, while being at well less than full power, as he was able to damage base yhwach, after fighting quilge, and exerting his rietsu to the max to escape "the jail", this ichigo recieves multiple power-ups while training with zero division including unlocking his full power, as his quincy side was suppressing his true power until this point. Its stated that until this point ichigo had been fighting with a fraction of his power that his quincy side was not able to suppress, on top of this ichigo gets a boost from the food kuriko hikifune had him eat, and finally ichigo completes irazu sando a trial to test a soul king candidate which failing results in dying. The first part of this has ichigo carrying the weight of everything he wants to protect (the three realms) the second is to see if his soul is capable of being a vessel for the power of the soul king, ichigo of course passes. At this point ichigo scales closer to a squad zero member.members of the zero division can shake heaven and earth of the 3 realms just by releasing their bankai. This ichigo casually outscales his previous bankai without even using his full shikai power. If you then add the multipliers for hollowfication and bankai he is between 25 and 100 times more powerful, and stronger yet using gran rey cero getsuga tensho, as it is another 10× to ap

Ah, just to make a correction here. Characters CAN in fact sense those who are way far above them. The "can't sense them" thing is a matter of "quality" rather than "quantity" so to speak. When a character attains such an insane amount of spiritual power like Aizen did, it changes in a fundamental way that makes it impossible to sense to those who are not on the same level or higher. It's like, say the level you need to be at is "1,000" for the sake of argument. At levels 1-999, your spiritual pressure is like the visible light spectrum, the closer you get to 999, the more purple you get, but everyone capable of seeing on the visible light spectrum can still sense you. The moment you reach 1,000 however, it pushes you into the ultra-violet range which humans are incapable of seeing. Aizen was ultraviolet. Ichigo went even further than ultraviolet and into x-rays, metaphorically speaking. Your point is still valid, Ichigo is still literally ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE above Ulq at that point, but not quite in the way you assumed. Theoretically speaking, Aizen could literally be only a tiny bit stronger than Yamamoto and Yamamoto still wouldn't be able to sense him.

Scaling from Sensui, the lowest of the S class, he said 1/5th of his power would put the Earth in danger. The characters in the 3 Kings arc are thousands of times stronger than him. Saying the characters in that arc are continental to small planet is a very gross underestimation.

Don't forget he was was assisted by Orihime, Tsukishima, who can literally create fate itself by creating pasts that didn't exist, and Aizen, who has the ability to hide the newly created futures from Yhwach. Ichigo did NOT create a new future, Tsukishima created it, and Aizen hid it from the view of the Almighty
