We can scale some of the Dragon Ball speed off of Raditz, 1200 power level, faster than the speed of light. He dodge Special Beam Canon. That's early AF in the series... Goku is so far beyond that by the time we're on Namek that it's actually not out of the realm of possibility that he's faster than Omni Man.

The Spirit Bomb at the end of the series doesn't mean Kid Buu was stronger than Super Buu. The Spirit bomb completely eviscerated Kid Buu after all so that means the bomb was much stronger than him. The only stalling in killing him was because Goku was pushing the bomb at Kid Buu in his Base form, so the push had no force behind it, once the push was strong enough with Goku just as SSJ1, Kid Buu had no chance.
One thing to note. At this point, vegeta couldnt sense energy nor could nappa and relied on the scouters. Tactically team urameshi are at an advantage sense all members can sense energy.

Power scaling videos are one of the dumbest shits I've seen ngl. Omniman clearly has more fleshed out feats while we never saw how strong Metroman really is. I mean the dude was simply pondering life and was that fucking fast.
In the beginning of Dragon ballz, Omni-man would have a solid chance, if not dominate Goku. That said. He has some big disadvantages. For one, Goku is a far more experienced and well trained martial artist who trains against equal or superior fighters his entire life. Goku's other massive advantage are his ranged abilities using chi. Speed is a funny thing in the Invincible comic... they seem to be able to travel a ridiculous speed, but never demonstrate anything close to that while fighting. Omni-man seems to have trouble keeping up with a simple speedster type hero early in the show. Also, if they were flying at relativistic speeds, it wouldn't have taken several to destroy a planet... one could have gotten to speed, then flicked a pebble at the planet to utterly destroy it. On the other side, in Dragon ball, the only time we see ridiculous speeds are during combat where the characters move so quickly that no one can track them visually, yet they take time to fly from place to place. While it may just be the show's style differences, it seems like sayans are more durable than viltrumites. We almost never see anyone break themselves against an opponent or get shattered by punches in dragon ball. It could also be that Goku's chi also protects his body. Being able to fight with worse injuries doesn't determine overall durability, how much damage it takes to inflict injuries does. Sayans also seem to receive stronger zenkai boosts, especially in the Namek arc. By the end of the Namek arc, Omni-man no longer stands a snowball's chance in hell against Goku.
How do u call Superman boring when ur whole character is derivative of him. Omni man is just a cheap copy of Superman with an edgy backstory. This Kirkman guy did not invent the concept of super strength, super speed, durability, flight, even the suit. Superman’s authors did. Yet he has the gall to call him boring.

The Seraphim has immeasurable speed, as it is stated the Seraphim can traverse the multiverse with a flap of his wings. The seraphim is weaker than the Khan Maker, you killed both with ease. The Dark Lord's physical presence alone was threatening all of creation, the multiverse. You also kill the Dark Lord with ease. While nerfing yourself by using guns instead of your fists. Doom Slayer is an outerversal being just like God, the laws of the multiverse don't apply to him, much less the laws of the 3D realm. The Doom Slayer is also over 3 billion years old, as stated in the game lore that he has been fighting hells legions for eons, plural. One eon is 1 billion years, meaning he's been getting a zenkai boost for at least 3 billion years before he was even placed into the divinity machine. The Doom Slayers armor is also impenetrable and unyielding as stated by the Dark Lord in the lore. Not that it matters because Doom Slayers body is tougher than his armor, and Doom Slayers fists do more damage than his weapons do. In the lore Doom Slayer only uses guns to inflict pain on the demons before killing them.
