My heart broke when he did what he did, I cried hard, was shocked people could be so awful, it took a couple years. Now the sun has come out, I moved to Florida, bought a farm w my daughter and her hubby and I bought a condo in Florida right by the ocean and now I bought a van and turned it into a traveling tiny home and I’m gonna go traveling. Fuck narcs. Life is short. We gotta go live no matter who we come across. I enjoy meeting good people and I enjoy being alone. Not everybody had Narc. experience in their life. Some reason God chose us to have this experience of dealing with evil face to face, before that we had no idea that narcissistic people exist. We don't know why we were chosen , but i am sure it was for our own good. So Narc. is not our life. Narc. was just a bad part of our life. Life still good, still beautiful. Yes, sometimes we experience some difficulties in order to become a more detached version of ourselves, or to learn how to become a detached witness. When detached, we see clearly the reality of a situation. Detachment is like surrender. The realisation that we are not in control. Surrender is to go beyond the cause. When you go beyond the cause, there is no effect.
I wanna say more, I can tell more about that bastard narcissist, but I won't... As one thing m sure they will get their pay, karma one day and my life is actually more peaceful and has been more beautiful after deleting them from my life...

I was never happy around the narc friend, always walking on eggshells, crying because they lovedbomb me, they never call me to even check on me, until I went no contact. The best I ever done.

It was very hard for me to go no contact I didn't want to but I knew I had to so the last day of his abuse he had put his hands around my neck and tried to choke me to death. I called the cops and he went to jail he got out but I wouldn't let him back in I had my locks changed. He had to go thru anger management class and pay fine and had bracelet on his ankle. 3 months later I packed my things moved three hours away and changed my phone number and no social media either nothing and now it's been 8 months now. No contact is the only way to be rid of your narc
Scam alert! That’s so true. Hoover attempts this weekend just gone. I’ve ignored them all. He got a new number to contact me on. Universe has sent him back to see if I’ve learnt my lesson yet. I have in a lot of ways. I’m doing my own thing now. I’m in my lane and he can stay in his. He’s showing neediness and codependency through the hoover attempt. I’ve come too far to go back and there’s no going back for me. Only forwards.
I have ignored, he got angry, I distanced myself, still in the process of ignoring and just getting on with things, he doesn't get the to criticise because of the distance, or belittle and manipulate. Now is the time to leap out, which will mean more manipulation and blame from the narcissist, for his own benefit. I'm done, I'm not budging, its The end and whatever happens 🙏 But...they are dangerous and can take it to another level
I agree-mine has rage blowback where it can take days to remove the shrapnel. Hence walking on egg shells. Staying focused on the day I can leave once I have everything in place. and channels like this.
Not nearly as dangerous as remaining under the control of a narc is. Think. Make plans. Move if you have to. Most narcs are very weak, lazy and useless. Fear of them is a mind trip!
Not necessarily when the narcissist sees you strong and confident they run like chicken shits! You just need to know how to attack the enemy and not be weak. Narcissists are cowards.
I have used No Contact for a month now and that has driven her crazy 😀, now i have tried to rattle the cage and see the response from her. She refuses to have anything to do with me anymore. Seemed like that was the drop, along with some nasty truth blows to her ego .. Some call me empath but i am not sure that is true
To some you are this, to others you are that. To some you are the greatest thing since sliced bread. To others you are nothing. What matters is who you know you are and being true to that. And in that respect, assigning labels to yourself is rarely a good idea. An honest enemy is worth more than a fake friend.
@@chiquititans most people not go contact when they figure them out becuz they want nothing to do with them. The smart ones. If people figure them out and decide to stay then they are helping the narc destroy themselves. Once you learn about this it cannot be unlearned 👈🏻🫤🤯👈🏻

I think attatchments are not that bad per sé, if they are healthy. Although some philosophers and mystics talk about non-attachment as the best way to experience life, it’s very hard to achieve it imo. So instead of being anxiously, avoidantly or disorganisedly attached, one should strive for a healthy attachment. Don’t give up.
When we are attached, we absorb the emotions, the catches of the other person. Usually that does not feel good - that feeling of drowning in emotions that's not even your own. Except if it is a high vibrational Soul. When we are detached, we're less involved, we love from a distance, the ultimate form of love, much easier to uplift that person and even to clear their catches.
