Rewatching this I noticed a little something: Roxy's character is a beauty reference for kids but she's also always reaffirming their self esteem. Which means she was made for kids with self-esteem problems, and interacted with them the most. If she's a mimic, it would explain her own low self esteem, something learned from the children.

I was worried this might happen. Mat worked all of the easiest ones first. It makes for more varied gameplay, but it means the later episodes are all the hardest challenges just grinding you down. Hang in there :)

Can relate. I did pretty much the same thing with jumping around from game to game for variety sake, but it makes it so you don't get the practice needed on one specific game, making it harder than it would be if you did one game type all at once. The problem though, is that you kind of have to do that to a degree because you have to play through the easy mode games before you can remove the vann8 mask and play the hard mode games. Once I got into hard mode though, I learned to focus on one game type until I beat it so I would be more familiar with it. It still makes some of the modes very frustrating as some of these are a lot harder than they look.

Hey some advice for VR, a fan blowing towards Mat may help him keep his directions easier, the air flowing letting him know where the camera is. Or a shaped rug in the middle of the play space. these are tricks I both use to have "anchors" in VR

Hello Ash and Matpat. Headset can probably not track your surroundings because of the big studio light in front of you. Also, if your walls are barren (if it's just a simple wall), it can also create tracking issues. Another thing is that it might be a great idea to recalibrate your tracking and clean the tracking cameras before every video 👍

I think it's interesting that you use a walkie-talkie to calm down Roxie with her own voice. That is not a recording device, it's a walkie-talkie. So someone needs to be talking on the other side of it. But it's clearly Roxies own voice. Coincidentally, that is the exact kind of walkie-talkie that we saw Cassie use to talk to the Mimic, who had a Freddie walkie-talkie. And the Mimic is literally known for imitating voices.

Our boxing day is like your black Friday shopping wise. most families have Christmas dinner with their friends on boxing day because its a statutory holiday and everyone is off of work. Like when Ash pointed out having a nice dinner with her friends that day 😊 I hope this helps explain it

This is so different after watching Ranboos twitch stream where he sped through the hard mode music man mini game with what I can only describe as a very easy flashing pattern technique, like they just sped through every hard mode game because they made a pattern to follow or a song and it’s so funny to see Matt Pat and other RU-vidrs take such a different approach
