Now, those who refuse to serve in the military exclude themselves to legs up given veterans, such as education (GI bill), small-business loans, and gov't employment.

I’d disagree. I think two reasons. Firstly, a large percentage of them fundamentally don’t believe in the current Israeli state being legitimate, and secondly they are entitled and have been isolated and pampered their whole lives so they feel they are better than everyone else. Why should they fight? They are better than the secular fighters.

he served in the army. not everyone in the idf or american army are on combatant service. not every single israeli who served in the idf was called on reserve. his younger son was field intelligence. cabinet member and former chief general of the idf gadi eizenkot lost a son fighting in gaza. its sure more than most of the islamists in the west who chant for gaza but find it sufficient to intimidate people critical of islam or "apostates" or hindus instead...

well if they did not have other people fighting for them they would be losing rabbis again, and all their families. Don't they want to protect their families from the type of massacre seen 7/10. They must understand that you have to stick up for yourself and fight if you want Never Again.
