Reality Winner mailed ONE classified document to a newspaper (which never published it)..she was arrested 4 days later, was denied bail, and didn't see the outside world again until she completed her sentence 4 years later Yeah..he's most definitely getting special treatment.

One of the first things he says in the full clip is ""Well, with Milley, ahh...LET ME SEE THAT, I'll show you an example." The papers rustling in the background is her giving them back to him. He had to ask her to GIVE HIM THE DOCUMENTS BACK so that he could find the specific one he wanted to show her.

The one that had the attestation signed by Babba stating that that was all the documents the had. He returned it... They didn't charge it because they weren't going to charge him with a crime for anything that he returned to NARA. They only charged him for that particular document because they can show, conclusively, that he showed it to people not authorized to see it.
