The judge should "violate" him into jail and set a hearing on the matter for one or two weeks out. Let him get finger printed, have his mug shot taken again and have a cavity search. Have him put on the pink BVD's and the orange jumpsuit and sit in jail eating the same garbage as the other prisoners. Two possible outcomes 1.) He learns to keep his mouth shut or 2.) he ends up sitting in jail until the trial. With situation #2 there won't be anymore delay tactics. Now that is a bonus.

Trump was the only person in the current indictment to make the case as simple as possible. That way it can be finished before the election and put him in jail. All the other people can be indicted separately later. That's the same plan as with the Capitol rioters. There have been hundreds of separate cases, with 500 convicted so far, and 500 more to go. Multiple defendants in one case makes it more complicated and take longer. If you try them separately, you can use multiple judges in multiple courtrooms, and get done sooner.
