Yeah my Japanese friend introduced me to Oruvan Oruvan from Muthu. What an awesome song!! Im Punjabi and had never heard that before. Now I listen to Tamil songs from Thenmerku Paruva Katru(Karuthamma)to Kaatre En Vaasal(Rhythm) and soooo many more. Because if a Japanese can appreciate it why cant I?❤️❤️
Considering the busy, workaholic and stressful way of urban world Japan, I can’t stop being super respectful to Japanese people in regards to how humble, excited and ever smiling they always are. If I were to choose a quality from Japan, despite all the technical advancements of the country, I would choose the cultural mannerism Japan has to offer. Life can give you Lemons, blended along with Bittergourd and Ghost pepper, a Japanese will make a smoothie out of it and gulp it down with a smiling face. Decency, Humbleness and Gentleness is never off, no matter the situation. Love Japan for that.
Well it's a over saying actually, yes japan has a problem but it's not like they work all the time. Many Japanese people have many hobbies that they spend exorbitantly on or can give enough time to. If it was all work then Japanese economy would stay afloat, people need to buy to make the economy work.
And it's because they accept it smiling that their system and ours doesn't change. It's not admirable, it's blindly accepting whatever unfair thing is happening to you and doing nothing about it because no one is doing anything. Their society is oppresively conformist, they can't question authority. It's expected to work and go to office parties with the boss even if you do your work well and want to go home.
there is a reason why most indians respect Japan....they have helped us till the time of Indian freedom struggle...from supporting subhas bose and others to form Indian national army to helping India various ways to grow post independence....we have a lot of respect for japan and japanese people
@@jetpark3743 wtf are u joking....in Ap and Ts, we flicking love that movie....wonder how many tines I watched it in Gemini TV during my childhood....😁
There's more ... The Japanese capitalized on this and shot two movies during this Rajini frenzy period. The first one was called "Nattu" where Japanese actors played Tamil characters and spoke in Tamil. It must have been successful because soon they shot another film "Nattu odoru ninja densetsu" - Tamil characters again, but this time they spoke Japanese. Not sure which one was weirder. Neha Dhupia, the Bollywood actress and TV personality, made her acting debut in one of these films. On an unrelated note, Rajinikanth himself featured in a starring role in an English film, Bloodstone, in 1988.
Big fan of Rajni sir but Bashaa is remake of Hum movie and as a hindi audience perspective i loved sir in Sivaji and i watched several times irrespective of language
Japanese people put so much effort into learning about cultures they like. I have never seen Vlogger Americans or Europeans saying "Rickshaw". All of them call it a tuk-tuk! But this guy being in Japan knows what it's called here and cared to say it right.
I love how humble Japanese are and the gesture was just so sweet. I'm glad you guys reacted to this or I wouldn't ever have known about this at all. I love how much effort he put into learning Tamil.
“Thalaivar” is an emotion to his fans 3 generations of my family are his hardcore fans😆 The only real disappointment for me n my family was him not entering politics. He was always sitting on the fence but finally dropped the idea itself 😭
I guess a lot of bad things could be done in his name. Whichever party he chooses, it's members, mainly at more grassroot levels, could be trusted blindly. I think he helps the way he can, building schools and hospitals.
@SEEKER dude every cinema was over the top in a certain part of the development...even Hollywood was that way and then they gave it up as the audience changed...replace your hate with some insight
Rajnikanth 🔥🔥🔥 Fun fact: Rajinikanth was born as Shivaji Rao Gaekwad on 12 December 1950 in a Marathi family in Bangalore, Mysore State (present day Karnataka).
"Rajinikanth" is not just a name it's an emotion 😇✨....his swag his style his charisma are unmatchable 😎🔥....Try to watch or try do watch along the sivaji the boss movie you will love it because his old movies baasha, padayapa was great movies but I am not sure that you guys will like it because it released in 90s but who knows you may also like it and became Rajinikanth fan
Muthu was a 1995 Tamil movie acted by Rajnikanth. I am Punjabi and I also enjoy South Indian movies. Being a Malaysian we are Blessed, that we get to enjoy all movies whether Hollywood, European, Malaysian,South East Asian, Hong Kong, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Punjabi, Pakistani and South Indian. Rajnikanth has his own style and humbleness. This sets him apart from others and make fans like me follow his movies. I remember I was 16 when his movie muthu was released. I loved the song thillana thillana which was performed by meena and rajni. The video clip of the song was amazing and creative. The music was superb and I can never get fed up listening to the song.👍❤😄🥰
Rajnikant is the first actor to win craze among japanese. After rajni NTR Jr too got quite a craze with his acting and dance. They are many videos where japanese dancing on NTR songs. After that it's Baahubali and prabhas who recently got into japanese hearts.
Great respect to our family from Nippon 🙏🕉🛕☸🏯🗾 6:33 - *Indian films especially South Indian ones among others have HUGE FANDOM in Far East and South East Asia. China, Japan and Korea have "numerous" (gazillion) fans for Rajini. Why there are also Indian cinema fans from West Asia as well although not as much as East Asia has. The reason for this is the shared culture and traditions along with cinematic action sequences that find commonality across Asia. A surprising fact is that due to 'this' fandom, there have been monetary contributions and funding studios among other things by Chinese companies or individual rich guys and entrepreneurs too. This last fact owing to the current political situation is under scrutiny (just wished to point out nothing more).* Not many in the West probably may know about this as the culture (atleast in films) is much different. Turks, Arabs etc. have a liking for the Hindi films while East Asians love the Southern films especially Tamil. Maybe they have fandom for other southern industries as well.
React to legend of prince rama (RAMAYANA) , A INDIAN-JAPANESE collaboration for a great a epic You'll get know more n more about Indians , gods , beliefs , tradition , culture , about the greatness of lord Rama , about the honesty of lord HANUMAN and many things Please if you could , You should definitely react to legend of prince rama (ramayan)
It is being released in 4K probably around the world. It was a gift (probably everyone knows this) from Japan on the Indo - Japanese relations (forgot maybe for the 50th or 60th year of relations ?).
@Kuldeep Singh It will come. Only that due to reception by India at time (few controversies) more budget films didn't take off. *We must support them. In case people didn't know - Indian influence is there in many of top Japanese Anime including the longest running Anime : One Piece where the adversaries use an attack called "Indra" and Luffy (the protagonist) uses the "Bajrang Gun". Also his father having a Wind elemental power and him being possible to alter his size and shape at will due to his body having rubber qualities rhymes with that of Hanuman ji's backstory. Additionally not to forget Naruto. The entire Chakra concept in the anime derives itself from Indian culture along with Buddhism of course.* It will take time for major collaborations to occur. Perhaps the higher reception of Anime in India is making Anime a huge market in India for Japan. They even released the "Kimetsu No Yaiba" (Demon Slayer) movie "Mugen Ressha hen" in India after heaps of request and demand by Indians. So with this increasing trend , Japan can mightbe profit from this and provide more content. Even Crunchyroll and other Anime sites are not licensed for India for God's sake. We have to use alternative channels to watch them which is getting difficult.
Wow "shivaji" also my one of favorite Rajaniikant movie and this guy in video is a real fan lol i feel him when he said that movie dialogue "pigs always come in flocks, but the lion always come alone" that's also my favorite dialogue from shivaji movie and the fact that "shivaji" is the movie me and my elder bro never get tired of re-watching it. Also if anyone notice 3:26 here he said "rajanii-san" which is basically like how in india we put "ji" in the end of people name to show our respect to elders same goes for people adding "san" in end of person name in Japan to show their respect, honorable, polite way to address a person it also mean "dear" which is amazing. Damn his story making me cry 😭
Baasha, Padayappa, Muthu, Enthiran the Robo.. I'm also obsessed with Thalaivar's movies. He's not only a legendary actor, but also a very humble and simple human. I'm from Kerala, India. 😍😊 Yasuda is so cute.. Jaby & Achara.. Thanks for your precious reaction.. Love you both. 😊💗
Once when I'm watching new Rajinikanth movie in theater with Rajasthani friend , he asked why people like Rajinikanth so much than any other movie star. I explained each and every movie, story , role, action and humble and life learning dialogues of Rajinikanth to him without I'm realizing that I'm also a huge fan of Rajinikanth . I like Rajinikanth movies because in his movies he just a person at starting and with hardwork and difficulties he becomes Hero of that movie . In Muthu ( Servant ) , Bashaa ( Auto Driver ) , Arunachalam ( village orphan ) . Every movie hero was humble ordinary man who faces difficulties with smile .
Isn’t it similar to his real life story? That’s incredible. As a non movie person, I wish I had patience to watch those movies. Also, I think it’s better to watch old movies at time than current movies, some days it’s better choice.
@@Kathakathan11 True, now a days Heros in new year's are very rich without any job and arrogant just do anything they want . In old Tamil , Telugu movies heros are just ordinary people we know like uncle, dad's friend feelings . It's better to want old South Indian movies than current Bollywood movies.
Rajnikantg, a true blue international famed personality not only as a star; first pan indian star before the advent of social media, born in maharastra brought up in karnataka and happily settled in our tamil hearts for ever
Super star is not just a word.. it's an emotion.. there is only one super star in India.. that's our Thalaivar.. also search who's the god of Indian cinema
Kids these days never know how Rajnikanth had the craziest fan base in Tamil Nadu in 80' and 90' . Just imagine with the fanbase he had in 90' he could have easily become Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, it's no secret that DMK formed the government back in 96' just with Rajnikanth's support. I am one hundred percent sure no one ever in this world has ever fans for over four generations. All the industrial hits in Indian cinema was given by him. Apart from actor his life story is the greatest in the whole India.
I think srk has one of the biggest fanbases in whole subcontinent and other parts of world as well. Maybe they come close. Can't decide who has more but both are gems of our country that's what matters.
@@mtk3755 ofc Mr. SRK has a huge fanbase, probably more than Rajnikanth but given the fact Mr. SRK is Hindi speaker, whereas Rajnikanth works predominantly in Tamil which population is maybe only 8-10 crores all over the world, where Hindi speakers are more than a billion, i think attracting more people from Tamil industry is kinda cool than any other actor in the world. And also i was more talking about 80',90' and how well he is celebrated across four generations.
It all started with the movie muthu(1995) tamil film where the thillana thillana song became a huge hit which made rajinikanth as a superstar in a country like Japan.
@mreditor59 bro - in most of his movies he’s literally an OP anime protagonist. That’s why the Japanese people vibe with him because that’s what they’re used to. That’s my point.
In real when you actually listen to the song, lyrics it really wasn’t a tribute to Rajni sir. It was more offensive and messed up Tamilians and Malayalis.
After Rajinikanth, Jr NTR got the same following in Japan after his movie Ashok released in 2006. Then badshah starring Ntr again blown Japanese minds. You can see Japanese crazily dancing to Ntr Telugu songs. Then bahubali 2 was a massive hit in Japan. Japanese even created comic books of bahubali. Japanese are familiar with rajinikanth, Ntr, Prabhas. Now RRR is the film that made westerners to take Indian films seriously. RRR really got huge attention from the West & twitter exploded after the films release from very popular critics & news magazines. I feel proud that all of them are from south India. South India is getting it's recognition now.
