It's become a meme at this point that Jing Yuan has gotten indirectly buffed a significant number of times over the past year and change, with many believing he's getting better and better. But in light of performance statistics not echoing the same sentiment, today I wanted to discuss the problems with Jing Yuan and what's holding him back, despite receiving so many supposed "buffs".
