Hey! Welcome to my second channel :)

Speaking from a dream, imaginary trailblazer will actually be even better since he will have the niche of a break support, + he will be a Harmony character, the best path in the game

Just wanna let you know now: in case you don’t wanna be leaked about specifics I won’t say it, but it seems like the new trailblazer is gonna be really good. They’re harmony, and they buff break effect a ton and even add an entirely new concept into the game, where you always do break damage to an already broken target. Pair them with Ruan Mei and a good break attacker and you have a fantastic team

They're both perfectly good. My own theory is the game design is overeffective at teaching players to the point where they forget all the preconditions to a lesson. (For example, very few people facing the tutorial boss will get past "that was awesome and I feel awesome!" to "I was handed a prebuilt Himeko who could practically solo that boss, and the only thing I could have done wrong was refuse to use her skill and ultimate at all.") While the Physical Trailblazer is very effective in the Herta Space Station, new players don't feel powerful because they don't have a healer and move on too quickly for the apparently intended lesson that a healer is optional to sink in. (This may be why healing has become more ubiquitous in all content since and why we haven't seen hard counters to it show up: a valid playstyle players just don't want to use is little better than a nonexistent one.) In the latter half of Belobog, they're still powerful but between even non-pulling players now wanting Natasha in their team more (and many players wanting Serval, who's designed to dominate those fights and stay somewhat relevant afterwards because robot armies just do not go out of style), and then getting a nice dramatic scene to inaugurate the Fire Path, and then getting an entire new storyline where Fire is a really good element (although I found Imaginary more relevant, having just pulled Welt Yang) and you may only have one tank so far... players just forget to switch back, forget more, and are left with the general impression that "Physical Trailblazer sucked" despite the game trying to make it clear during times you have a different "main character" that they haven't stopped using the bat.

luckily I'm mostly just playing for the story and so I can just pull for characters I actually like. I do like acheron tho so I might be able to make a brute force everything team and actualy clear some non simulated universe endgame for once.

A pyro sub-dps with consistent off-field application would be nice to help bring cryo back into some relevancy with reverse melt. But beyond that I really can't think of much else that can be done with pyro creatively because of how reaction poor it is. (Also a cryo sub-dps off-field applier would be heavenly, but I can understand why that doesn't exist... Yet)

I actually used him for this MOC, he was dealing massive damage and was a huge help with the aventurine boss on floor 12. But Im also being stubborn because I hate jingliu as a character and dont want her staining my account just to have a good ice dps, so I worked my ass off to get him as good as i could with relics and such.

imo every character should have one, even if it's small and doesn't align w/ a meta playstyle that it does really well, and then the meta should be so op it's irrelevant outside of a couple areas, so the actually fun builds are usable, because how things are now, genshin has to be your second job or you might as well quit because a hillicurl is gonna take 5 mins to kill

I couldn't understand Preservation trailblazer's kit and I didn't have Clara so I used to main Physical trailblazer and still use them as a destruction sub-dps

from hoyo side, hoyo took genshin too tightly , and is taking hsr too lightly which is bond to backfire from players, genshin lost player who cared, and hsr players are either new wanting to know or just hardcoere

So, I believe that you are underrating the Physical Trailblazer a little. Let me give a few reasons why, imo... First, you can quickly get to e6 with the physical trailblazer, where you have to struggle with the gatcha system to improve any of the other characters that you mentioned, even the 4 stars. Making the trailblazer really powerful at the start. Add in relics and you can even take that power further. My overall damage and crit is comparable to my other 5 stars (ever though they aren't e6... maybe someday, ftp can be rough). Second, element polarity is necessary in fights, while other characters like Kefka has more utility, such as dots and auto-attacks, I still find myself switching over to my physical trailblazer if I see a high amount of physical enemies to fight. I have no other physical character to switch over to, at this time, that can do the damage that the trailblazer can do. The only physical characters that I have are Natasha, which there is no comparison, the trailblazer wins between the two, and Sushang, which due to the gatcha system, leaves her e level low, and with her lack of aoe, I find that I can do more with the trailblazer breaking toughness, which is a great combo with Himiko. Now, could the trailblazer be replaced? Say with Argenti or Clara? Of course, like you already mentioned, the physical trailblazer doesn't really have much utility. But right now, due to the gatcha system being a pain, the physical trailblazer is the best physical damage dealer that I have on team, and if you combine the trailblazers physical breaking ability and Himiko's auto-attack, it makes for a decent combo. For now...

I play the main character as much as I can, especially on main story quests. I don't care wether they're good or bad, it's just more immersive to me that way. So... You're calling me "No one"?

the thing is non of the 5stars are a must pull. xinqiu xianling bennett fishcl sucrose kuki yao2 are basically what u need to clear everything. give me a guide video where these characters don't appear. i love the guide but every guide has these powerhouse characters everytime

I think one of the problems is that healers heal more than enough and tanks shield way too much. So there either something needs to be done with the surplus healing or shields need to become less good. Preferably IMO you'd have shielders and healers both be useful in the same team comp. While i think for low level content it is mostly fine for shielders and healers both to be able to solo sustain a team, at least for end game players, I do think it is best if you need to use both to properly sustain through fights around your level. This would add more complexity and strategy to combat while it can still be tuned in a way that makes it casual friendly for non-end game content. The surplus healing can potentially be used through mechanics such as what is inside of sim universe, surplus healing turning into damage for the person being healed. This makes it so investing into your healers is actually really worth it because rn its barely worth it beyond just a little bit of investment. While I do like that, dont need to invest much to make them usable, getting rewarded for putting in the extra effort would be really nice. Preferable this would be a relic set so that any healer can make use of it rather than just new units (because that wouldn't fix the issue it would just fix it for new characters). Another fix could be an overheal mechanic where surplus healing turns into temporary health for the character in question based on for example the max hp of the healer. This would make healers pseudo shielders though so while interesting, i dont think it would be very healthy. For big shields I also have 2 fixes in mind for now, technically also a third but that one would never happen anyway. So lets start with the third one, nerfing shields of nearly all shielders. This would make them much less usefull, specifically in end game content, and thus give healers more room to shine. Its not an elegant fix, and one that requires a lot of tweaking, but could work. Then onto my actual fixes. For the first fix i'm thinking specific enemies, specifically boss/elite enemies, need to have harder hitting moves. Make them so hard they cant be shielded so that they break through and damage your hp. This needs to be significant enough to also warrant healing. I also dont think this would be much of an issue given that players are given march 7th and natascha early on for free, so they'd have both a healer and a shielder for use. The second fix is, give fodder enemies shield breaking capabilities. This gives more of a use to healers in specific scenarios (I would also give healing reduction to other units to mix it up and for a different challenge), while still not making shielders necessarily useless. These are just my initial starting points when i would look into resolving the issues plaguing these classes. The best part is that these can still be implemented retroactively and would benefit, imo, the overall health of the game without having to majorly re-work the foundations of the game. I would like to clarify the use of the word "fix" here. I dont mean to imply these suggestions are the end-all be-all to fix the issues regarding these two classes, but moreso as actual suggestions. I just completely forgot the word suggestion, or a word like it, partially because I am not english and partially because I always forget words haha. Not changing it now though as this is just a youtube comment i already spend a lot of time on and its not a professional essay xd.

I feel like bennet is going to get powercrept by the pyro archon, Benny is a staple attack boosting support and given that most archons are supports i feel like the Pyro archon will also be a support and since its pyro its going to be an attack buffer, overshadowing Bennet's role, kinda like a 5 star bennet But what i do hope is that instead of powercreeping, they will instead harmonise with one another, kinda like what happened with Xingqui and Yelan where they work well together.

I've always wondered if Hoyo will ever implement an Abundance unit with a similar mechanic to Dewdrop in SU Sure the viability in that game mode is also affected by the absurd amount of buffs to healing received, but in the base game it would be nice to see a unit take advantage of 'overhealing' translating it into a damage buff or flat damage altogether

12:10 everything about the "two paths" part is wrong lore-wise The trailblazer has never strode along the path of destruction, nor preservation. They've always been a trailblaze pathstrider. The Lance is, at best, a gift of Preservation or an artifact made with the power of preservation. And the bat is just a curio that we stole from herta
