Dude your music is great. It kinda reminds me of Andy Grammar. I think you need to work on marketing yourself better. Go make a video singing outside a homeless shelter. Have a guitar case out and instead of asking for money have a sign that says take a dollar or two. Load your case with like $300 of $1 dollar bills and have a friend giving out sandwiches....if you execute that video well it will go viral especially now with it Being Christmas.
Also, it is a very cool thing if you just concentrate on working and improving yourself. You will inspire others to start doing the same. even the haters and the people that doubted you.

I like the way how Gary think about a thing from such a different perspective. Sometimes, you just go out of the box to find something that you want, not ruled, taught by lecturer or someone. You just find out your theory of life by yourself! Go people!

You have inspired me to go get it and I just started a youtube channel to show people that they can make it as well by showing people what I am doing to get out of this 9 to 5 grind. I started doing something when I walk pass someone and I ask them how are they doing. When they give me the generic universal answer, everyone at a stressful job tells me. I answer with I am doing amazing, but I am getting better or I am improving. I also like how they will ask what I am doing to get better or improve. I tell them I listen to motivational speeches and work on ways to earn money outside of this place and do things I am passionate about. Doing things that will improve myself everyday. Progress is an addicting reward that I like to get everyday. I also, stopped listening to others and drowned everyone's noise of negativity with the sound of me improving myself and reaching my goals.
If you're dwelling on something bad that happened in the past, or something you effed up on, it is important to forgive yourself. Having intrusive thoughts will happen, however you can acknowledge them and keep moving forward. I really like how Gary Vee talks about keeping a quiet mind, which isn't easy in this chaotic world.

In today society there is too much negativity and toxicity! We should learn to love ourselves and others! This is the only path to a happy life! And by accepting ourselves we have to accept the faults that we have and change them!
We have excepted ourselves and love our selves soo much! Why others are jelous of others success and manipulate there talents and hard work and cripple thier welfare for them selves, explain your excuses how does that really work?
I think my retired, country lawyer Dad doesn't want to see me succeed better than he did. My grandmother is steadily dying from dementia in a care home. My parents want me to work in a factory just packing things in boxes or work for someone else (it's killing me, but Kudos to the people who do these jobs) and they rarely let me flip things. I'm seriously considering building a Mathematics tuition business. Can't get the entrepreneurs in their twenties I've met who are self-made millionaires out of my head. Hundreds of banks, brokerages, startups, renewable energy companies, prop trading firms, aerospace companies, have turned me down, usually at the final stage since graduating university. This mess is my fault entirely, I owe so much to everyone else, especially my parents.
Great video and well said, Gary. I think the most important part is first understanding yourself and building your own ability to receive constructive criticism and know when to not give a shit, both angles are to be practiced and improved.

Also, if you haven't started this yet. Start writing stuff on paper. It is a technique I learned from Brian Tracy Eat that Frog. Think on paper. It is also a rewarding feature as well. If you complete what you wrote down and check off you will feel a sense of fulfillment of completion.

Keep that goal alive. The best thing about having a big goal is that your mind will start working in overdrive to push you to it. Instead of having a small goal like by the end of the year I am going to have 10 or 100 subs. Once you make it the mind will not have anywhere to go because you already achieved it.
And let me explain, it’s not a hate comment. The thing is when you plan for having a lot in a short term success, you execute short term behavior. You have to spend time getting each audience member to see you as someone they want to watch and that takes a lot of dirt work instead of trying to make a video that you think is the “one” and giving it a vanilla message. The best way to get die hard fans is to keep putting out tons and tons of content that bring value to a lot of people.
Hi garry i don't know if you gonna read this or not so I'm from algeria (which is in africa ) I'm 23 years old and I'm lost lol yeah I'm lost so hard. it's past midnight now and I'm watching RU-vid videos when i should be sleeping because i have master classes in audit and accountant my family is not that ritch and we're not starving but i always see my self in better place i know i can do better i know this isn't how i meant to be i know this is typical and you heard this thousand time but i see other people and i see myself and i know i can be like them but the problem I'm doing nothing i only go to the university go home cook dinner for my family because i lost my mom three years ago so everything is on my shoulders so I'm always cooking or cleaning so I'm tired all the time and in my timeoff I'm on instagram RU-vid or facebook and doing nothing productive I'm really lost and i m always wondering do i work or do something outside my specialty? Don't listen to other people's opinions of you. Keep striving to improve yourself everyday with your goals that you have written down. Join groups with people that have the same goals as you either they are already at the level you want to be or are working to get to that level. Listen to motivational speeches on youtube, soundcloud, audible, spotify, or pandora. Tell yourself everyday when you wake up. I am phenomenal and an awesome person. Nothing is going to get in my way. If it does... better move out of my way!
Surrounding yourself with amazing people, I get it. But it's not easy to find such people, and life has work to do and in that work we have to deal with Lots of unawesome people than awesome
