Does the k chlor cell fit into a standard cylindrical housing? So when upgrading an old system dont have to change the plumbing just to fit the square housing.

@Marksreviewsandtutorials I have an ecofresh 33..the pool builder didn't size correctly as pool is 120,000 litre pool so every summer it's falling short and I'm having to manually add chlorine...it manages in winter but summer can't keep up in qld climate. Thanks for your helpful videos.
The two biggest sizes of the KChlor are 75 and 100. The 75 happily does pools upto 150,000 L and the 100 does pools up to 200,000 L Contact Mark on the link in the description of this video
Hi Mark...great Video. I have this controller on a house i have recently purchased in FNQ. I would like to change it from a salt to mineral/magnesium pool....any tips on how to go about this process?
Hi Fred. The K Chlor can run either normal salt or mineral salt. So the easiest way is to just make all your salt replacement from here mineral. Otherwise empty some or all of your water.

Hi Mark..i have another question...the cell has a build up on it and need a clean...i have pulled it out and prepared a bucket with 10:1 water to hydrochloric acid to soak it in....can i put the whole cell in the bucket including the end with the cable? Thanks for great vids...Thank you
Hi Roy. Is this a KCHLOR? If it is getting build up then you probably have an extremely high calcium level in your pool. Have you had it tested? I only seen these build up when the calcium is up over 400ppm. If it is super high you may want to consider refreshing some water. Ie empty some out and refil with fresh. With the cell. Only immerse the metal plates and the little tang. MRT

Hi I was wondering if this chlorinator timer can be used to turn the pump on and off. Currently I do not have a chlorinaotor and I turn the pump on and off manually. I would like to buy a chlorinator and a pump timer, but this seems like it might do both?

Hi There. These have a timer with a battery back up yes. So if the power goes out you won’t lose the time setting or the running times that you have set. And yes you can set them to run and the filter pump to run whenever it suits you
When I push the Salt button, after switching on the pump says "reading" after a couple of minutes. After that, it doesn't give me any reading. Does anyone know why? Thanks
