Klay Thompson is about 80% of what he used to be. He's not "washed" I can see him averaging 16-4-4 on 50/45/90 shooting splits. He's gonna get so many open 3 point shots that it will boost his efficiency.
Yet Caruso makes the thunder wayyyyy better on 1.9 three point attempts at 40% shooting lol. Isiah Makes them change their whole dynamic of play Okc might just be A 5th seed.
Klay went 0-10 in his last game this past season - let that sink in - not even a layup ! As a long time warrior fan I love him but he can not be trusted to even give you a single bucket when it counts and that’s the truth !! He’s not washed but he most certainly would be way more beneficial if he was coming off the bench!
Klay os a great fit for dallas but the defensive regression from jones to klay will be noticeable. People forget jones was guarding shai and edwards. Who is Going to guard them now? I dont think his shooting impact will outweigh the defense, vertical spacing, and improvement from the young teams
If Dallas doesn’t have that many one on one defenders suns have even less no real paint presence either they getting 4-1 at best and plus the Luka father affect greatly nerf bookers abilities
When does klay Thompson no shoot the ball , he’s percentages are top of the league from 3 , he had 1 horrible game , he chances he has to score 37 in a quarter is the same chances he’ll of 0-10 again
YA YA YA there’s a reason he was getting benched halfway through the season, if you actually watched those games those percentages dont tell the whole story
Mavs gonna cook any team they face in PO. Yes they've lost a bit of defence BUT they got significantly better from deep which they weren’t in finals or even the whole PO.
Kyrie is actually a good defender against quick guards just not tall enough to guard wings, but that’s why we got PJ, klay, and Naji for. And We still got 2-headed monsters in the paint in Lively and Gafford 😤
They beat OKC last year only real move they made is IH and we don’t know how much that will really help. I will give you Denver tho bc you can say Nikola Jokic will be the best player on the court but more likely than not they won’t see each other until WCF as they both will be top seeds in the west.
@BROWNBOY833 you forget outside of shai okc is young. Chet was a rookie and jdub was a 2nd year player. They will definitely get better. Also Caruso is a better fit than giddy.

He can’t bring the ball up and create on his own, so he will most likely just be spot up 3 pt shooter, but who is going to distribute the ball, who is the pg, shai is alright playmaker and jdub might be a little better but they are better with the ball in their hands creating for themselves not necessarily for others. Defensively I will give you that he will make them better but NBA defense nowadays can only be so good until it isn’t which most of the time it isn’t bc the players are to talented and the rules do favor offense. So no he isn’t a better fit just hoping he is a better player and can hit his 3’s which if you relying on Caruso to hit big 3’s I rather have Hartenstein take those than Caruso. Which you should have said is hartenstein is a better fit bc he is they can’t rebound for shii so hopefully this helps with that and hopefully if Chet gets bullied you can put hartenstein back and hopefully it works well which I think it should for the most part just got see how good and healthy he will be for them. @@devynlich00 fluke CF in 22, had a good run last year but teams rarely repeat. Everyone was crowning Denver this season and look what happened. Mavericks were not the best team last year but they got hot and went on a run. All props to them. Don’t see it again this season
