Selling calls and puts and adding more and more money to your account is something that should be taught in schools. I wish I knew about selling calls 10 years ago, really. But real estate and this strategy is how I have actually become wealthy.

Lethal is spot on. I had a job 5 years ago, now I run my own business and earn more than I did in my job. Being your own boss is special but I respect both sides of the table. Advice for anyone who needs it, you have nothing to lose trying to create an income alongside your 9-5.

@staircase2 yeah you're right of course its a way to decrease your tax if you're self employed, but these lot haven't stated that clearly and majority of people listening won't have their own business but will still go lease a car, not knowing that this will stop them from progressing

Why pay 300k upfront for a car when you can pay that off with finance over a few years and use that money to invest in other areas. The same formula can be applied regardless the cost.
