Why Life Gets Filled With Anxiety & Stress | Mufti Menk 

Whenever I feel very low in spirits and started missing my mom who's passed away 11 years ago,i listen to his lectures they console and keep me motivated.. May Allah taala grant him the best in this life and in aakhirah.Aameen

I sinned recently and I started not sleeping at night because of nightmares, especially the one I made yesterday which was particularly scary 😢 May Allah help me .

This is frighteningly true. I was in that dark pit of frustration, it hurt me whenever I prayed. But alhamdulillah i thank Allah for that punishment, for the pain it caused on me. Without them I wouldn't be able to find path toward repentance.

Your a soul saver Much Respect to Mufti Menk I have been during this lockdown getting severe anxiety drowning in my thoughts literally with claustrophobia and nothing could make me feel good.. Nothing!! I called my family in emergency no one picked up the fone Whilst im drowning, NO ONE. Your videos have helped me Soooo much!! Only Islam is the Cure as nothing is worse than being in hell inside your own mind alone. May the Creator erase us of the darkness that lurk inside our souls.

I started feeling anxious and worried and empty. I work in mental health and there was a woman who was definitely possessed by a demon and I started worrying what am I gonna do when I have to work with her. I started questioning myself... That why are u feeling so weak. My answer came from within... My shield is wounded. I have the worst excuse of not having time to pray. Alhumdulilah he has given me two jobs. And I don't have time for him. I don't have barakah in my income as my sin is that I don't pray. I need to pray every day five times. Please pray for me so I can pray all the time. I need to be strong to face this world and say alhumdulilah non stop. I do be greatful but not enough. I'm too busy to sit and focus but I want to train myself to take time out for my soul. couldn't sleep all night as I was anxiously waiting for fajr.. a namaz after a long time. May Allah forgive me. Felt good praying.

amazing lecture, ahamdulillah i am satisifed

This video has made me realize how misdirected I've been. I've been depressed, stressed even if i achieve something in my career, study. Those achievements can't bring happiness in me for long .. I know i need to be praying againg, live by the law of islam, but at the end of the day I'm with my friends, smoking and so on. Allah may give me the strength to get into the right path.

Assalamu alaykum, For those suffering from the trial of sihr, 'ayn or other, many people who have never suffered from these conditions don't realize how difficult and exhausting it can be. I'm sorry for all those suffering in silence or who feel alone with these types of conditions. Keep working hard and never lose hope in Allah...victory and cure will come to you all in sha Allah. It was narrated that ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her), the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There is no calamity that befalls a Muslim but Allaah expiates (sin) thereby, even a thorn that pricks him.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5640; Muslim, 2572. Muslim (2572) narrated that ‘Aa’ishah said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: “There is nothing that befalls a believer, not even a thorn that pricks him, but Allaah will record a hasanah (good deed) for him thereby, or erase from him a sin.” Invocations for worry and grief: O Allah, I am Your slave and the son of Your male slave and the son of your female slave . My forehead is in Your Hand (i.e. you have control over me) . Your Judgment upon me is assured and Your Decree concerning me is just . I ask You by every Name that You have named Yourself with , revealed in Your Book , taught any one of Your creation or kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen that is with You , to make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness and the reliever of my distress. Reference: Ahmad 1/391, and Al-Albani graded it authentic. O Allah , I seek refuge in you from grief and sadness, from weakness and from laziness, from miserliness and from cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by men (i .e . others) .Reference: Al-Bukhari 7/158. See also Al-Asqalani, Fathul-Bari 11/173

Another Hadith regarding good and bad deaths are instant deaths. "The one who sins, Allah increases his chance of an instant death". Whereas the one who has lead a good life, Allah may give him a slow death (even something like cancer) so he can do tawba and fix what remains in his life.

I wanna pray but I don't know how

Muslim bro in sis... i am in so much pain. Its beyond my capacity now... it's getting unbearable for me day by day . I am having depression from 11 years and every day of it every month and every week of it was like living in a hell. I did all to overcome it but nothing works in my favor. I did all dhikar, wazaif and medical treatment but I am feeling worse and worse day by day. I can not even commit suicide, i think its injustice from Allah that he's not giving health and still suicide is haram for that specific person. Like seriously what that person should do. Now most ppl would say sabar but can u ppl yourself do sabar for constantly 11 years? I think ppl only know other's pain when they themself went through that. I am so ruined nothing worked on me. I am so depressed. I dont know what to do anymore

May allah forgive us our deeds we have done alot of sin
