I also think Metal is the best genre, and i have tried alot of genres but none comes close to Metal. And you're right, i have never heard a metal song about beef. Instead, Metal is the only genre that can sing about real life issues. Global warming, death, humans and how debased we have got, trauma, unrequited love, addiction Depression, Schizophrenia, and other mental health issues in a highly connecting way. While other genres can touch these kind of issues. I feel metal is the inly one that makes them connect for me. When i hear the growls and screams i connect to the pain of the vocalist. And you're damn right that people cannot appreciate a breakdown, or the riffs. People have told me several times that it's just noise and i just smh, they are missing out.

Found your Channel via your Reaction to "Wo alle Straßen enden", German Folk/Military Song near and dear to me because i'm german and As a German who served in Afghanistan düring the "Karfreitag-Gefecht" in Afghanistan this Song is very dear to me, especially since this was also performed by an Orchestra (along with "Ich hatte ein Kameraden) when my maternal Grandpa died (He served with the 6th Waffen-SS Division "Nord" in Finland (conscripted) and died of old Age in 2012 at the Age of 92 where both Songs were performed at the Funeral. That one was especially hard because his Wife (my Grandma) died in 2005 and he lived in the same house as us, so late at night i'd hear him cry loudly and go down at like 23:00 (11pm) to talk and take care of him every night for years to take his mind of things. Anyway, regarding Metal some German Bands i'd like to recommend (mostly Black and Pagan Metal and in german: Yoututbe: - Nagelfar - Srontgorrth (Full Album) - listen to that from the start and dont tell me it brought up feelings in your bones, no matter where your'e from - Heimdalls Wacht (Pagan Metal) - ColdWorld - The Stars Are Dead Now (Full EP) (especially the first song "This empty Life" - Nyktalgia (also depressive but great) - Menhir - Hildebrandslied (Pagan Metal using old-germanic language as lyrics) enjoy and keep up this channel! I always loved how one of my best friends back in the day (as he was still alive, i will see you up there buddy) always said that every afro american or even in general anyone who isn't white hates metal. There are no metalheads except white people.. No matter how many times i told him that even quite some popular bands have black lead guitarists.. nope. He would always insist i am wrong.
