My father will give big money to Coaching classes which I don't even like to study than for any Interesting Course which will upgrade my Skills.... THAT'S TRAGEDY 😭
If you are upgrading your skills and can monetize it then sell the idea to your dad. If you can't sell your desires and dreams to your parents, you will not have much luck in the world.
See THIS is what I needed. I just cant thank this man enough for the awareness he has brought in my life. I think he has made me understand my parents more, understand my life more and understand the society more, and cut through all the bullshit to find your purpose. Thank you sirji! You are a godfather!
Indeed he is enlightening our life...In this era where social media is accounted for 90% of rubbish contents, this man is really trying to help the society and drive change with life-value added contents. Keep shining and keep guiding Amit sir
Middle class are herders, always risk averse and seeking social approval. Programming starts from childhood. I am facing the same problems due to that programming. I wasn't aware of it before watching your videos.
Main Reason why indian professionals are leaving India given the opportunity is because of Dirt Low pay. Private Employers in India pay their employees peanut size salary. Good pay exists only in MNCs and that too if you compare it with US or Canadian counterparts it is a fraction of their pay for the same job profile, even adjusted for purchasing power wise. So, unless indian companies start paying their employees good salaries comparable to the standards of the west... Don't expect employees to work with same productivity and don't expect indian youth to stay in India and work. The youth that are willing to stay in India inspite of this are doing so only so that they stay close to their parents and because they don't want to stay far away from their old parents.
Par canada me to sabkuch hi mehenga hai. America me to IT jobs hai hi nahi logo ka layoffs ho rahe hai. Paisa time barbaad karne ke baad pata chal raha hai ki India hi sahi hai.
Tbh,it's not our parents fault either. They belong to a completely different generation unlike us,who have access to almost everything due to technology
You are right sir in my house, no job is treated as respectful except govt.job. And in Kolkata people don't want their daughters to marry in business family because they are cunning and not cultured.
Artificial Intelligence will take over most of White Collar, Blue Collar and Desk Jobs. Future is bleak as human population is exploding for wrong reasons like uncontrolled virus. Life will be brutally punishing in the future. Human extinction is guaranteed and yet humans multiply like insects like they can survive an extinction event. There's no multi-lifetime / species level goal in humanity. They are born, eat, grow, reproduce, die... same repeats infinite times. 8.2 Billion humans, 1.42 Billion Indians... So many brains couldn't find the answers to purpose of life is enough reason not to create more threads of DNA and support the wrong paths as we know Karma always bites back.
Don't know how worst Kolkata is, but one thing is for sure bangalis are everywhere having very dominating, competitive, selfish and jealous personalities. After working with two bangali bosses, I can say that they are the most toxic ones and intolerable.
Thank you sir! My dad doesn't speak to me much, emotionally unavailable and a workoholic as he cares about his family and we respect him a lot, but such guidance is also needed that you spread for clarity, and it really does help a lot. I'm grateful for your work and teachings! I don't feel that something is missing kind of feeling anymore. 🌞
Uncle Sam of India. Provide right guidance to Indian Youth, who are destroying their whole life for just a single overhyped exam, known as unpredictable, uncertain, unfair public service comission.
bhai software me 90% to witch / service based companies me hain. freshers ko 30,000 rs per month dete hain, isse achcha auto hi chala lo. sirf 10% software devellopers 30 LPA+ kamate hain. wo bhi 12 12 ghante kaam karke. 40 saal ke baad 90 tak ham kya karenge ??
Initally , In IT field less salary, once you acquire most demand skills, your salary package increases, when you change company will get 200% hike also in some cases But in other sectors, only 20 to 30% hike salary But it is truth, in India IT jobs paid well, become rich early stage only
your talk is addictive as when i was hearing your talk i am like i am hearing the facts that peoples dont talk about ..... i am 22 and i dont know what i pursue
Never any middle class parents said dont be a doctor or engineer Doing it from good institute is the dream of every middle class parents. Because these carriers can lift their life status very easily.

Awesome sir ! Appreciate your efforts for enlightening me. 🙏🙏🙏 Really you have nailed it out. Also request you to make a video on “how to identify one’s own talent or interest” with your knowledge I am dam sure there will be lot of learning’s. this will help lot of ppl like me to not get distracted from what others have and help to know ourself well so that we can invest our energy and achieve things better. 🙏🙏🙏
I think the major reason is poor work conditions with equally poor salaries and no sense of work life balance and poor labour laws and even poorer implementation of existing labour laws reason behind the career crisis in younger generation.
This Man knows what is talking, he has studied the topic well enough before making the video. When he used Purchasing Power Parity, I was shocked that he has done his homework right. He is not like other influencers who copy paste the same thing and deliver it to you. 👍
You are the best eye opener.🙏 I was hate government job because in my family 2 members are in govment job but they daily complain about that and from my childhood I see those frustrated situations. And I start hating the entire job culture. And try to start business but failed. End the end of the day I am still unemployed. 😶
Thank you very much Sirji.... In Kerala, my state, this is exactly the problem with 95% of the Middle Class... Everybody wants to run abroad to do lower or middle level jobs, becoz they work on the min wage formula, where 1$ or 1£ = X no. Of Rs... It is really crazy down there in Kerala
Thoughts r absolutely right, currunt middle class will be wiped out within ten years, new middle class ,ten time bigger is emerging from lower classes.
My dad is a 'sarkari teacher'. He works hard but ... respect USED to be there. Its not there any more. And OMG I NEVER want to work in his shoes. HE dosent want me to work in bis shoes. Despite being the only graduate in his family.... ZERO respect.
Sirji you're way to presenting things are like Ashneer Grover, straight to the point without buttering......not a fanboy of him but you both guys are kind of similar
Hi, I am 23 years old, currently in 3rd year Radiology Technologist course in a Govt college of Bihar, which I think I got it luckily. Just wanted to share my story hope it helps someone in any sense. I also belong from a middle class family and just like others, since childhood was feeded by a dream of becoming doctor. Appeared for Neet exam first in 2018 got 150 marks. Went to Kota scored 225 in 2019 after studying in Leader batch of Alien. Then again joined achiever batch in 2020 and scored 436, it was COVID time. Did counseling and got a seat for BDS course in a govt. college in mop up round. Asked my father what should I do now.. He suggested no, "He don't want to me to become a dentist", I trusted him ki "papa bol rhe hain to shi hi bol rhe honge" and I left that. I was in depression and trauma which left untreated because I didn't know what's happening to me. Time was slipping very fastly and somehow or other I knew that I should have taken the seat, which I regret so much today that why did I listened to my father, but due to lack of awareness I didn't know that it's gonna be a wrong decision. Then in 2021 I was forced to again appear for exams but internally I knew that I have lost my mind already, and was completely devastated that I am no one, no graduation degree, and I don't even want to study further. But still gave my exam in that trauma and pressure and my father was I don't know from where met a person who told him that give ₹85k and will help your candidate with cheating. And obviously again "papa bol rhe hain toh shi hi bol rhe honge".... Nobody came, I ruined my exam, I completely fucked up and got 301 marks in 4th attempt. Luckily I was searching for another exams also and came to know about BCECE, filled the form appeared for the exam got state rank 907 and with very much effort got a seat in govt. college and yaa it's completely was a grace for me (atleast for that moment). Entered into college, and felt like No, I don't like this course, I don't want to be a radiology technologist, kyunki I have always struggled with Physics and this field is all about that. Even it's a govt. college still they don't teach us well. Unse jyada better padhai private me karai jaati hai. My father still bribes me ki Neet dedo, I will help you to get admission in a Private Mbbs college, But I know, that terror. I don't know why for no reason but now I have started hating my parents, they don't love me, all they love is there "izzat" in society and I feel like a puppet in there hands, I just don't like them. Has to struggle a lot, not even a single day everything just keep telling me that I am at the wrong place, but I don't think I have any other choice, all I have decided to complete degree anyhow, and yaa still struggling with mental health and family conflicts, don't know what's going on..... But still, Try to be just patient and more grateful of whatever I have🙂
Mere paents inko mantay hain 'GREAT' proffesion sirji- UPSC-IAS/PCS. (Because of power, my parents dont realise whatever drak truths u revealed in the first video) DOCTOR/ENGINEER--Through IIT/NEET. JE through Polytechnic.
Sir, I discovered your channel a few days ago. Phele pata chalta to would have made different decisions but it’s true I live in Aus worked in few local and multinational corporate firms. Even if Indian youth gets to live as a PR or Citizen they are always going to be treated as second class citizens. Thanks for sharing..
