Agree..sir....when i was topper in school and college then everyone loves me and make me priority...but after failing in several compitive exams and still being unemployed in mid twenties... perspective of everyone's towards me and my opinion changed alot...no one bother to even listen my views my choice and alll even i am humble kind to everyone.... Sad but it's the ugly reality this world operates on. I've had the same experience, it's made me less judgmental and more level headed (specially of the company I keep). But I think that parents should be level headed and not judge their kids too much on Aukaat. But again, we have to accept the society we live in.

I am 45 years old sikh guy working in IT , simple views towards life, contended with what I had, soft spoken, mediocre ambitions and trying to be good with everyone around. But over the years all around in close family made some good money in business in india and jobs outside india. I feel strongly the differential treatment by family and medium or low respect behaviors from them although I am the eldest kid. I have been working on my health for past 3 years, did marathon etc., now focused on my career growth. For all the viewers, my learning is be fully independent financially, focus strongly on career, be ambitious (Bina kisiko kuchle). Be good to others, but speak up and don't be submissive. Agreed with Chetan Sir. I still remember my class 12th days, when the results of JEE Mains were announced. Every relative of mine was eager to know my result. But I didn't do well in that exam. And next everyone knows what they do after that. 3 years passed, Now I am in my final semester of Engg. placed in a Product Based Company ( will join as a Full-time employee this June) and none of them even send a message. Living well is the best revenge. 😉

What women desire from men - which is mostly related to their status, is very very different from what men desire from women. It's a very simple psycological difference. So girl building their aukaat is more of for themselves than for the man, where as it is moral duty of the man to do so. Ig that's my observation!

I came to comment same thing, these days people don't value girls even if they are great at housework. my cousin is perfect housewive, she takes care of kids, elderly in laws, they don't need cooks, nurses, tuition teacher, someone to drop or pick kids, pay bills, pay taxes etc because she does all these, she sleeps at 11 because her husband will come home late and she gives him hot rotis and then wake up again at 5:30 to take care of in laws. She is very pretty, socially active and maintains good relation with entire extended in laws etc. She can cook for 50 people alone etc. But her mother in law still taunts her for not being a working woman.In smaller towns and certain type of business families, non working woman are accepted, but for urban woman it is same pressure as men.

I remember 20 years back I used to randomly walk into any company or an office asking for a job, and 90% of the times there wasn't any opening and when there is, I used to get rejected coz of my skill set but everytime I got rejected I knew what I need to work on. This video takes me to my struggling days....Chetan is doing a fantastic job of creating content which is really needed for India's youth coz not all parents are IAS or engineers..
