Started By Gaurav Taneja. Gaurav is a International Certified Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer and a National level professional Bodybuilder. He has written many articles/blogs over a period of time which has been appreciated for its content and TRUTH.
Gaurav is a graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology,Kharagpur. Graduated in 2008, he has been closely involved with Health and Fitness since 2002.
Gaurav is also a Professional Pilot. He is a Captain with one of the major airlines in India.

did your natural testerone recover after quiting steroids? are you crusing on trt now or full natty? can you make a video on this topic? There is very less knowledge in youtube for anabolics, MPMD is the exception. Also make a video on periodic bloodwork people must do

Keeping 2 RIR which is 80% intensity is good intensity to train, there is no need to go till failure.

I was training till failure on bench press without a spotter and as i hitted failure i was stucked as i didn't have strength left to rack the barbell thnkfully my trainer noticed it and helped me to rack the barbell. Do not train till failure in every exercise sometimes risks are much greater then rewards

I train to failure most of the time even on free weight exercises like the bench press. But here, the definition on failure is the last complete rep I can successfully complete. You could also add a rest pause set or drop set. Partial reps to complete failure are safer to do on isolation exercises and machines
