Shame she interviews sellouts like Billy Bragg who went along with the smears of antisemitism in the Labour Party when Corbyn was leader, when the Forde report proved that it wasn’t endemic in the Labour Party. That didn’t stop people like Billy throwing Corbyn along with many other Labour activists and members under the bus though.

I don't know about Muslim part. We all make our choices. If I roam around in nothing but an underwear, you won't look at me and say what a great Muslim man. I'm pro-choice but one must understand who is he trying to please in this world. Allah or everyone else.

People don't want to change, except people that do want to change. Also people change all the time without trying. Look at public polling changes over time. We don't need everyone to want to change. We just need to change the environment so that people naturally evolve in more productive ways. We are constantly molded by interactions with the environment

I disagree that it's "realism". What's real now and what's real in the past or future are different, and the change happens by an altering of beliefs. Being cynical is a position of resignation, or laziness... choosing to believe things will always be the same and therefore what's the point in working towards something else. This is a guaranteed way of KEEPING things the same as they are, which presumably is NOT what we want. Cynicism blots out any belief or enthusiasm about making a difference. That is not realism, it is defeatism.
