Been watching since i was 7 im 18 this September 😭 you guys have no idea how much you helped and changed my childhood even now as a teenager, i thank you for making us all smile more and appreciate life truly ❤️

Not going to lie, I’m watching the first minute and man I can tell the drive to make cool, dope videos is still there. Very genuine and humble. Reminds me of all the old school RU-vidrs!

It’s crazy that I’ve literally grown up watching them and he’s still as entertaining as ever.

i am at over 6 months with no caffeine and I will say it has not really mad me feel better physically but its really helped mentally to know that I am being healthy and I am doing something good for my body and it definitlky helps push me to do more for my physical and mental health. Congrats on the caffeine and especially the alcohol. I’ll hit four weeks without both tomorrow. The first week to ten days was a little tough but it’s gotten easier and easier as the body/brain adjusts.

Gotta stay consistent with your podcast man, I’m sure it’s not easy but you guys said you’d keep up. Hopefully you can revive your passion for it. Good luck.

29 years old, here. Never really drank alcohol, beside a glass of baileys here maybe twice a year between 18 to 22 years old. I never drank caffeine ( from coffee to energy drinks. Life going well without these 2 ! Never felt the need to drink anything and always had fun without it!

I miss your vlogs where you have fun ideas for the kids in the backyard,like the pond. Bring those back I love your creative side

I am 28 years caffiene free. I was in the hospital with pneumonia and got the most horrid headache I had ever had. Nothing would even touch it. It was worse than anything I've gone through at now 67 years old, including healing from surgeries. (Except COVID that was a bear!) I will never ever go back to caffiene due to that withdrawl. Yes I feel better 😀 I'm proud of myself 💯 I ended the only addiction I had! BUT several years ago I got hooked on a family from a Super Bowl 🏈 ad! I will never detox from this family for many reasons. THANK YOU ATTWOOD FAMILY FOR BEING REAL!

As you were talking about caffeine,i was supping quadruple dose of cappuccino,lmao. But in my excuse,i little less than 4 h of sleep behind me and just woke up for morning shift.

Good for you man! I know how hard it is, keep it up. It's not easy at all, after being electrocuted, dying 3 times, amputation of my arm, 4 years without alcohol, 2 years without tobacco, and no pop. I limit my caffeine, do therapy, it's all so important. And I drink my AG1 every morning.

I grew up watching nascar with my uncle every week, i haven’t thought about that in so long. Jeff Gordon was the GOAT. My family was obsessed with Gordon.

I gave up caffeine for my 2022 New's Years resolution, and to this day, still haven't had any. And I feel great. This year, I decided to give up pop/soda as well, and that has been a lot harder for me. But I feel a lot better with both of those gone because now all I drink is water and lemonade. You can do it Roman!

I went six months off caffeine, still felt drained and lethargic all the time. Went back on it about a month ago, just restricting intake. SO much better. :)

Congratulations on no alcohol, I will be celebrating 20 years clean and sober in July. Getting that first year was one of the toughest things I ever went through in my life. That's no drugs and no alcohol for 20 years. Caffeine on the other hand is an entirely different ball game. A lot of people don't realize it's one of the most addicting drugs out there. I feel off if I don't drink a cup of coffee or a rockstar during the day. Something to keep me going. Perhaps that's just my addictive personality. Hats off to you sir. Great video can't wait for the podcast to come back.

And I also stopped drinking caffeine a few months ago some days are harder than others but I do still crave coffee every single day but I don't want to feel like that. Lol keep it up love you guys 💕

Idk if this might help but I don't drink caffeine either, haven't in FOREVER 10+ years but what I did was just start drinking a ton of water, alkaline water, flavored water, when I woke up, during the day and before bed and it had me feeling a lot better throughout the days it was crazy
