Funnily enough there's a part in Enies Lobby where Nami points out that as dumb as Luffy is, he always somehow knows EXACTLY who he needs to fight. There is a method to Luffy's madness and I love that about him. He is on some level aware that his enemies are trying to play 4D chess, and is CHOOSING to eat the pieces and that is what makes him the most dangerous crackhead to ever sail the seas.

My favorite thing about the Gucci man is the whole ventriloquist thing. like, that was not requested of him, nobody would've blinked an eye if he was a normal dude with a pet bird. One thing somebody else pointed out which is really cool... What is the big difference between this Usopp fight and any other Usopp fight? No thought bubbles! This one time, we're not hearing Usopp's doubts and fears. We only see his actions. This one time, we actually see Usopp the same way all his previous enemies, and in the future Perona sees him. Usopp actually is that scary when viewed from the outside, always were. It's just that normally we see him from the inside and hear all the thoughts showing how scared HE is.
I can't explain your comedic delivery style, but I enjoy it very much. How you deliver the jokes, your "voice," switching your tones and intotations, and what words you choose to emphasize make your material funny and unique from other OP commentary vids I've seen on YT. I think you'd do great in stand up comedy too. I know you didn't ask for any of that, but just wanted to say great work! Haha!
Luffy didn't have the full powers of Nika until the beginning of the Post-Timeskip to Egghead Island, so up until that point the audience always thought that Logia and Paramecia Devil Fruits are the best.

@@leothelion5035 Depends on the logia. Haki has shown to have limits whereas logias have not (pretty sure it doesn't make you immune to the element itself, either). Some have mobility options, like Enel could basically teleport. Some have dangerous side effects that are never utilized, like Akainu utilizing toxic gasses that come from magma (Ceasar has done this). We've yet to see any of them just create a territory to boost attribute (though Monet technically did hide in a snowstorm). We've finally seen clones, though, so there's also that. Don't see why they dont turn themselves giant or immitate other forms. If nothing else, they could just spam a stream of element that makes trying to get to them the equivalent of trying to swim up a raging current. All of this is without observation to prevent their true bodies from getting hit. With haki, they could just make a giant territory where they control everything and as a result just make wave after wave of element, hide among the territory, move among their element for evasion and mobility, and other stuff more depending on what element they possess; though to be fair, that might require an awakening to work as i envision it.
Japanese are also openly racist towards to Chinese people, so if CP9 had Boa Hancock in their crew they'd lose immediately at Water 7 instead of Enies Lobby.

What's even better is that Water 7 and Enies Lobby happen within like 3-4 days I think? Imagine how pissed off Spandam and Lucci must be. So a fun(?) fact is that a lot of racists hate Italians as well, which implies that over the time skip and during the events of Egghead, Zoro was really just internally struggling with how a light skinned man could actually be a minority, and when he finally beat Rob Lucci, it was just to show how he moved past his flaws and can now accept that Italians are not, in fact, white.
The water 7 to enies lobby arc is so freaking amazing in my oppinion. Also by far one of my favourite parts. The pacing, the crackhead energy, the serious fights in enies lobby, the theming with aqua laguna as a make or break moment for the straw hats, the crew solidifying their roles, the Merry, world building, the first hints that “oh, its not just a couple bad eggs, the world government is genuinely fricked up”, Franky starting as an antagonist to ally, just the contrast between Lucci, Luffy and Spanda in their respective leadership roles. Its just so densely packed with absolute amazing storytelling like damn. Almost forgot, the freaking sea train is damn funny, Sanji with knives, punching and cutting a wave that can destroy an island to pieces, Luffy immediately deciding “yup, this is my seat.” At the front of a sea train without breaks at breakneck speeds while literally surrounded by the ocean and him almost definitely being dead meat if he falls in because they are going too fast for him to realistically be saved and they cant turn back or stop anyways. Robins genuine care and love after the vast majority of het life without anyone, the I want to live bit, just…. Everything is so good.

Water 7/Enies Lobby and Whole Cake Island are my favorite arcs, too! I think I'm going to rewatch Water 7 now because of this video, it reminded me of how much I love it.
