I been sending my trc application by post office and been waiting for almost 3 years by this August. But still I never get information regarding on my case I also send query letter/call on voivoid office regarding on my case but didnt get any information they just answer me on email that my case is in progress. I have post office recipt only of prof. No fingerprint collect any advice? Thank you
