Mainland indian can't go and buy land in northeast and start their business their and provide job .....their is no investment....only fund provided is to state government.....

I think bro you missed one point the reason for racial remarks and discrimination is also related to the underrepresentation of northeastern States in Indian media and entertainment industry. Bollywood love to make stereotypes and capitalize on them like how they did with southern India(everyone is madarasi who act dumb and speak random gibberish) or the U.P., Bihar as criminal hubs. Well there is only one solution to it REGIONAL CINEMA, just like the how southern cinema(tamil,telugu, malayalam,kannada) combined and form a entity that’s actually challenging bollywood hegemony we need a combined northeastern cinema(Assamese,nagamese,mizoetc) during lockdown people watched a lot of South movie and loved them not because they did something over the top but just because it was relatable as you said it unity in diversity.

Some people laught at me because when i smile they thought that i close my eyes, but obviously i clearly saw Everything and clearly see that they laught at me. My dad was transferred for 3yrs in mizarom from his company. We are originally from Gujrat and one thing i wanna say. Mizos are racist as af. The son of my dad colleague who was same age came from Chennai was bullied bcoz of his dark skin. Racism is not one way, just like you can't clap with one hand.

Believe what fantasy you want to believe but this is the reality that India's biggest fear is China and we know how far behind China we are. Northeast India shares it's boundary with China and China has an ambition to expand and take India's territory so one day who knows Northeast India will be the reason of whether India becomes China or remains strong as India.
