I've played around a lot with plus six Recycle and I agree 100%

honestly just not being able to affect your entire revenant alone is enough to not make it worth it in so many cases. revenant is such a massive portion of your damage and having it not only reset the stacks but barely benefit from them at all makes recycle so much worse. i feel like such a fool for being hyped for this cell and thinking it would actually spice up the meta
