We, Toyo Olive, are the Japan's small company who dry the olive pomace and harvest the olives that appear in this video. Thanks to Masaki Ishii, the waste discharged from the factory has become valuable feed, and is now circulating around Shodoshima island. Everyone who watched this video, Please come to Japan to eat Olive Wagyu beef someday! Thank you! ARIGATO!

So far I’ve eaten Olive Hamachi (Yellowfin Tuna) and it is exquisite. Olive Hamachi consumes dried olive leaves before consumption. Kagawa is one of the lesser known prefectures but we have great Udon noodles, lots of Bonsai, of course Olives and world class quality Gloves (which where I am working).
