I propose considering the restructuring of Jammu and Kashmir into two distinct Union Territories, Jammu and Kashmir, each operating separa 10:43 tely under Article 371. This could potentially enhance local governance and address the unique needs of each region.
There is nothing new. Old order has been restored. It is wait and watch situation. Let us hope for good. The incumbent CM is competent and well versed in political affairs and has capability to deliver.
There's one thing that has changed from earlier times (after 87) - " Legitamacy of Omar Abdullah and NC with 63 percentage turnout by and large without any interference from Delhi . If he deliver's now majority of the problem of Kashmir is solved !!
