Why People Are LEAVING Arizona 

We left AZ July 2023 for Ohio. Its paradise here. No homeless people at parks, at gas stations, at every corner. My quality of life improved immediately thanks to just that. Traffic is a few hours a day, not ALL day. Our allergies disappeared. We used to cough up garbage every morning for over an hour in Phoenix. The trees and forest everywhere means actual SEASONS so my kids know what the Fall is now. Cost of living is 40% lower than AZ. People know eachother, grew up here, are polite and considerate. 100 times better than AZ. We thank God everyday that not every state has gone to crap like AZ did. And I lived in AZ from 1995-2023.

Lady, Phoenix is NOT Arizona. It's a small part of AZ.

I’ve lived in phx for most of my life. I’m ready to leave. All the California, Oregon and d WA residents have destroyed the state. They have made it blue.

It's too expensive and too crowded now plus it was cheaper living due to the heat. But the heat is still here, but it's too costly. It was a nice, quite & clean retirement town but not anymore .

1st time I'm watching your content! I moved to AZ not too long ago from a different state! I'm in the Southern part of AZ! I agree with you on most of the points you made! I live in a really nice neighborhood, but like you mentioned, when the heat arrives, it feels like being in a perpetual state of agony because of possible heat stroke and other negative side effects! I went to go look at some properties in Flagstaff and Greer AZ where it's much cooler than where I'm from, especially Greer! But it's a very tall order for me to just up and leave! Hopefully things will work out, but I guess I'll see what happens! I'd appreciate any suggestions or tips you may have for me! Good luck with your channel! I look forward to more interesting content! I do remember when houses were dirt cheap in Phoenix AZ in the 80's . The real estate market went bust their. You could buy 2400 sqft house for 35-40k maybe less. Lots of house lots sold for around $500.00 to 2500 bucks . I remember people could buy a acre in Mesa for about "$5500 .Chandler and Scottsdale were not close to being built out then either. So now it became popular again because of California, now its and unpopular again because of California transplants moving out . Lol. I don't even remember why the RE market went bust their in the 80's, Anyone?

We felt that we had to move out of AZ.... in particular Maricopa. So glad we did!

282,000+ moving to AZ is not “Why are so many leaving?”. I’m planning to leave because my farm is now surrounded by suburbanite pests and now I live in a heat bubble. Soon I’ll cash in my land and buy 200 acres in the midwest. Until then I’m just going to ride through their neighborhoods and snicker when my horse leaves a giant pile in front of the doggie poop bag dispenser. 😂

You seem nice so I'll try to go easy on your assessment of the valley...while Litchfield may be nice...the majority of the west valley is a cesspool. North phoenix, scottsdale, east valley are the nicer areas you can actually walk down the street at night. I agree with you, Phoenix has been ruined

How is the crime in Arizona? I live in Cali. I was at Walmart in Burbank. There was some beauty products under theft protection. There was a couple, the wife was disgusted by it & said it's not like this in Arizona. I was a bit bothered, because CA is diversified by everyone in our states. People are moving in & Ca people are moving out.

I'd have to disagree with you. I was born and raised in socal, AZ is still not like Cali. As bad as traffic has gotten it still will never be like la county.

Ungrateful phoenix girl. I'm from Southern California. Moved to phoenix and LOVED IT. Had to move back to California and it was the worst decision of my life coming back.
