Why people never reach their full potential 

I am extremely lucky, as I left school with no idea where I wanted to go. So left college halfway through because I was offered a full time sales job in a photography retailer. I pursued this and aimed to be the best I could be, and make as many friends as I could - 10 years on I’m the Head of Retail and responsible for over 100 employees, in a company I’m extremely happy with and role I never thought I’d achieve. I still do photography on the side - but it’s purely a hobby now as my photography wasn’t good enough to make a career out of, but I’m aiming for the Director role and won’t stop until I’m there. I guess I’m rambling too - but my point of commenting this was because if anyone’s reading and doesn’t know ‘what they want to do’ - just make friends, enjoy the ride, try your best, and ride the wave.
