I believe the "fans" who make fun of him for being confident and called his parents' tears during his Real Madrid presentation "fake", had never faced any hardship in their lives. Endrick is a success story, and there are sad people hating on him instead of being motivated by his story.
Ele já deve estar "vacinado" contra isso. Tanto o Brasil quanto a Espanha, são países repletos de gente invejosa. Não conseguem ver o sucesso alheio e apenas aplaudir.
not only he has won everything over here, he did it balling hard as an underaged kid playing professionally bro he was a 17y kid giving spot on calls, penalty hints to weverton it was hella weird
People don’t realize that Endrik has been set up for succes. He has mbappe, vini and rodrygo to help him become a better striker. The kid will be a monster in 2 seasons
Vini took 3 seasons to become on of the best... I'd say it's a fair amount of time for Endrick... although with CR7 leaving, and Hazard's injuries, Vini had a lot of chances and playtime... I'm not sure Endrick gets that amount of playtime with Mbappe, Vini, Rodrygo and even Brahim and Arda ahead of him...
Please do not put pressure on this young guy as I want to see him working on his game throughout his career and I wish him success in his life, good friends!!!LONG LIVE,ENDRICK!!!🏋🏻♂️
Also, when he was having a difficult time both on and off the pitch, Real Madrid head scout Juni Calafat flew over to Brazil and stayed at Endrick's house for a few days to give him moral support and Real Madrid's assurance. These little things go a long way.
Palmeiras fan here. What you need to take into consideration is that Endrick was raised in a roster of champions. Palmeiras won 2 consecutive Libertadores trophies (2020-2021) and one Brazilian league (2022), and most of the players who gave coach Abel Ferreira those titles were still in the club for the 2023 season. So, if joining a team of champions was good for the kid, it was also harder for him to get minutes in the pitch. Coach Abel was super protective of him during the first part of 2023, every mediocre performance (which is expected out of a 16-year old kid) was enough for Abel to sack the kid for several games straight. What really turned the tides for him, was the Libertadores semi-final against Boca Juniors. Palmeiras was enduring a bad streak of games, the attack was simply not working, and for the matches against Boca , Abel did NOT want to risk throwing Endtrick to the lions. He wanted to preserve the kid. End result : a 0-0 draw in Argentina, where Palmeiras played awful. For the second leg, Abel maintained the conservative approach and insisted on leaving Endrick and a couple of other wonderkids on the bench. Boca scores, Palmeiras can't play well, the first half ends. Out of pure desperation Abel puts in Endrick, Luis Guilherme and Kevin, all sub-18 players, to reshape the attack. And man ... the kids set the game on fire, Palmeiras scored the equalizer, Endrick got a Boca player sent off for fouling him, it was a nightmare for Boca. Sadly for Palmeiras it was too late, Boca held the draw and won on penalties. After that, the consensus among Palmeiras fans and specialized media was obvious : Abel Ferreira ruined Endrick's chance to play a Libertadores final. He put him and other two kids to play for only 45 minutes out of a 180 minute semifinal. Abel did learn the lesson though. With Palmeiras out of the Libertadores final, he began putting Endrick as a starter for the remaining of the Brazilian season, and that's when Palmeiras began to win game after game after game, including that historical comeback against Botafogo. Every palmeiras fan agrees ... if Endrick didn't start getting full matches to play in the later part of the season, the back-to-back league title would never come. He wasn't crucial for the 2022 title, for fot the 2023 one he was THE reason Palmeiras won. A 17-year old.
Thank you for providing this info! I hate how the media hypes up the pressure on "the next" whoever. Pele, Nadia, Serena, LeBron, Michael Phelps, etc. It almost becomes a curse. Hope Endrick stays mentally and physically healthy because it certainly sounds like he has mega-potential! 🙏
@pieandjoe1 same here! The R9 Mecurial Vapors from Nike were also by far the best pair of boots I ever owned. The resulting Vapor boots nike evolved from them were never as good and getting your foot stepped on was a serious problem haha
One massive thing that's crazy about Endrick is how level headed he is, this is hardly a trait in a brasilean player (i am br aswell), he isn't into parties or much into himself, this guy came far and will go further, cause he won't allow otherwise,
true eventhough r9 is probably talentwise a level above him. he atleats takes the game serious. wasnt to downplay him r9 is just the most talented player I ever seen. because super fast, super agile, 6 feet tall, strong , great instinc and scoring ability without r9 tearing his acl ever beibng the youbgest ball on dor winner ever he wouldve had a goat career
A left-footed forward with a good shot, Endrick is considered one of Brazil's best football prospects, and has drawn comparisons with legendary Brazilian strikers Ronaldo, Pelé, and Romário. Endrick reminds me a lot of Adriano Imperador... Strength, dribbling, shooting, great goals... He will become a tank in Europe, in addition to all the talent he has. God, the talent this boy has is incredible. If the world allows it, we could be facing one of the best players in the world. What I do think is that you have to be careful and not start calling him the new O'Rei or something like that, you just have to observe and see how well he performs. I wish him the best of luck in Madrid.
Man all the youth in football right now across Europe is fun to watch. Endrick, Nico Williams, Lamale, Mainoo etc these guys are coming on the scene younger and younger with absurd talent and poise beyond their years.
@@DeepayanMandal_ generations change. liek germanys generation was insane from 2009-2018 bfore that thrash and now mid. brazil mostly good but early 2000s they had romario, ronaldinho, r9, cafu and kaka which was unreal. seems like this gen right now is not that great like the one coming now. but we gonna see
I remember when Freddy Adu showed up and everybody started comparing him to Pelé, look at how it ended. Don't put too much pressure on the kids, let them grow at their own pace, and let them be happy when they play.
this boy ain't playing 20 games for Madrid xd best they will get a couple of ''iconic'' or ''cold'' pictures with some retro filter slapped on them for social media.
People hating on him just coz he join rival club are clowns as always💀, bro came from such hell childhood 99.99% of us sitting behind keyboard could never come from that, and they think he gonna fail at best club in the world 😂😂 absolutely clowns 🤡 as always.
Even if he does not live up to the hype, he's done more than those people behind keyboards..Bro is a generational talent and achieved so much already...I'm a barcelona fan and I can't wait for him and yamal to take over the world
This kid doesn't know pressure. Wait, kid? He's more adult than most adults. Hope he stays fit and stay on the pitch longer than el phenomeno can, and bring back glory to Brazil.
If they manage to get all the bizarre things that happened in 2023 would be awesome. A lot of the downfall of Botafogo is due to bad decisions from the referees + VAR, a lot of decisions out of the field by the oficials of CBF (changing games, for ex) and by technical stuff : manager Luis Castro getting out to Al Nassr, the awfull choice of Bruno Lage to take the sit, the awfull decision to fire Bruno Lage and to keep Lucio Flavio (ex player) managing the team... Thiago Nunes after Lucio Flavio... I mean, so many bad decisions + all the controversal referee decision and, on the other hand Palmeiras playing 11 games in the year with 1 more in the field (11 games with the other team getting a red card is a whole new world record, not even real madrid or manchester city got even close of that).... there's so much to talk but I fear that anyone other than a Brasilian will never do this championship justice in a video. They would need to interview a lot of sensible clear minded brasilians.
He is so powerful in attack, riding many tackles, but he is young. As he gets older those tackles may take their toll. Let's hope that what happened to Phenomenon doesn't happen to such an incredible player and robs us all of the joy of seeing him play. Take good care of the boy Madrid.
Beautifull writing and voicing in the narrative in this one. Great story too. Along with everything else - pacing, compassion, heart. Just a beautiful video! High five!
I love how everyone calling him overrated saw him for 1 horrific game in which his entire team was garbadge, slung him at top with zero support. The kid is 17 playing upfront for the Brazil national team but hes overrated? We live in clown world.
I remember Pippo playing for Juventus, I hated him until he joined Rui Costa, Shevchenko and Andrea Pirlo at AC Milan. Watch the AC Milan 2-1 Juventus | Full Match | 2002/03 on RU-vid to get an idea of how good Pippo was.
this boy is now surrounded by a team system possibly greater than what Messi, the most blessed player of all time has. And he is so developed that he earned it all with unfathomable hard work. He seems bound to be the GOAT. He's inevitably on the receiving end of a level of pressure no player has ever had to deal with and though it gets to him (naturally) he keeps fighting back and overcoming it. Let's pray this boy stays on this path bcus if he does we're about to see a level of football we haven't even imagined.
They don’t call cristiano the next Ronaldo, or Messi the next pele or maradona, they just called him a player with a bright promising future. People should just let players who they want to be and not base their career off of someone else’s career or achievements. Don’t make them carry a burden, let them cook and they’ll bring something better or even something great Edit: Sorry guys I didn’t know Messi was called the next maradona I never knew. Now I see it he has the dribbling and playmaking of him and best
Endrick is one of the best risk/rewards bets ever made, you only need to watch this video to see how extremely special this kid is. He literally hard carried Palmeiras to a bunch of championships, and basically won everything he could win in Brazil before he became 18. Tbh Endrick could stop playing today and he would have already accomplished more than a great deal of players out there. How many championships did Harry Kane win again? Yea.
Kid is special let’s give him his flowers. He is now in Europe in the best squad in the world playing against the best players in the world. That is exactly how legends are made. All the best
he barely turned 18 and done good for his club in brazil people are expecting him to be a pele or something it’s stupid. he’s really good and worth the money. he won with his team and was a crucial player
People always say: "no one will surpass *footballer name* ever" they said this about Pelé,Maradona,R9,CR7,Messi. Yet there is always a chance that someone better could show up. Nobody tought there would be someone better than Pelé or Maradona yet here we are. Never say never.
Great video I always enjoy your content. next can you do a video on the talent that, Joao Paulo Sampaio, the head of Palmeiras' academy, said is the best Brazilian talent since Neymar?
How about one on Yamal? He had an amazing 23/24 season in Barca's first team, almost carrying them at times, and starting almost every game in Barça and the Spanish national team at 16.
As a Palmeiras supporter who watched him help us clench last year's title, the thing that impressed me was his mental fortitude. It's one thing to be a crazy talented player at 18 - Brazil is actually full of those. It's another thing entirely to lead a team of adult professionals into rallying behind him for that incredible comeback **at 17**. People say we shouldn't put pressure and I agree, but fuck me if it doesn't feel like I'm seeing the next big thing being raised in front of my eyes.
I always want to see these kids be successful because of what they went through, he is not at the club I support but doesn't matter just want him to be humble and focus because if he is not it will all crumble down and I don't want that for him.
Be Safe, Be yourself, Be humble, Family first, Glory Forever! Best of luck Eddy! First time knowing about Endrick... My God, Real's line up is gonna be crazy for like 3 years maybe...
Good thing is he is in a stacked team now and would not be expected to step up and be the leading man anytime soon, he could be an understudy for 3-4 years, of course if he does step up it's welcome.
I get it's click bait to get more views, but he is no clone at all. In fact, his numbers are not even close to Ronaldo's at the same age (I am a Palmeiras supporter and what him to succeed, I am no hater!). Just let the guy play and build his career. I really like your videos, but I prefer it when you talk about players with a consolidated career already and do not try to put extra pressure and create hype on new players. Let them play, buddy!
people are doing the exact same things they did to vini when he came to real, while completely overlooking his games, his stats, his skills, just shameful
