Why Runners NEED To Wear Sunscreen 

Yea started getting what seems like permanent skin damage around my eye sockets so use it every time now..at least on my face..on my daily runs..

As a runner who was already had skin cancer make sure you put it on your ears and nose as these are the area's that are most like to turn cancerous later in life. Oh and get some running sleeves with a high sun protection.
