I bet he misses pills. I take them daily. I never did like him, he just went overboard with them. That wasn’t necessary. My fave pills are the methadone pills, but the extended release Oxy’s rock too. I remember the days Percocet was the best there was out there. Iv been on these pills since I quit heroin and coke. It’s been 15 years. I don’t drink, never have. Ryan just was stupid with the quantity, which was stupid. You don’t need 30 a day, you only need 3.

@@theoriginalsurferbob these are tired media curated points. hes 23. the same age as daniels, the consensus #2. he hasnt been injured in 3 years and his acls were 4 and 6 years ago. phil perry reported that his medicals exceeded teams expectations and some teams think hes going top 5. now give me film or stat reasons why he isnt the best quarterback in this draft. not nothing talking points media heads just parrot.

As a Longhorns fan, he took advantage of a weak spot in a great secondary, Longhorns failed to adjust. Not taking anything away from Penix at all, he absolutely took advantage of them. NFL defenses always adjust quicker. Can he adjust? Only time will tell.

That's what is lost here is Penix's leadership. Yeah he had his worst game against Michigan, but so did a lot of other Huskies. That being said he's never made excuses, and in the clutch over that past two years, he's come through dramatically more than not. Any GM that passes on him because someone is "more athletic", or has more "upside", whatever the hell that is, will be out of a job in four years while Mr. Penix is still tearing up the league. Write it down.

Quite possibly the biggest QB bust in the history of the NFL draft being asked by Rich Eisen for an opinion on the best QB in this years draft. Credit for growth. Credit for maturation. It takes some of us more time than others. I, myself, was a very late bloomer when it came to becoming an actual man. And yet ... I feel like there has been a slip in the space-time continuum and we are delving, once again, into Mandela territory.
