Disagree. She can fight from the air and plasma blast him until he is done. He can't jump high, can't fly and his nuclear blast takes forever to charge up and she can just fly out the danger zone and repeat.

the thing is, Soldier boy was losing a 1v1 with homelander. It's only when Butcher and Hughie stepped up, that's when, he was beat. Otherwise, he was 1v2ing both Butcher and Homelander. Same case with stormfront. She was soloing kimiko and starlight till maeve entered the picture. And she's also able to fly away like homelander did in that S3 fight. The radiation is doing jackshit tbh

how is he the toughest supe in the Boys? what evidence is there to suggest that? if his own son, homelander dominated him in 1v1 hand to hand before soldier boy, butcher and hughie had to fight homelander.... its definitively confirmed homelander and of course, Ryan are set to be thee absolute most powerful sup's. No one can beat homelander in the story yet so

Butcher was NOT as powerful as homelander when cranked on compound V, not yet at least, not in the scene youre referencing. Theres no debate to be had here even.

Also, Butcher was going to use regular narcotics to put Ryan to sleep, (who is pretty much a just slightly weaker version of Homelander)while they needed one of the strongest nerve toxins in existence to take out Soldier Boy. This leads to the assumption that Soldier Boy is highly resistant against chemicals.

Don't get me wrong, I think the power levels are still inconsistent as hell. However, I think that's moreso to do with budget and effects limitations. We don't get a good sense of how strong some supes are compared to others because it's usually portrayed as just ambiguously really strong and probably able to go through a brick wall. Homelander and Soldier Boy have it extra bad because of this. However, one instance I can't excuse is when Kimiko is able to effortlessly snap A-Train's leg like a toothpick. This is the same guy who can output enough force with his legs to simply run through a person and survive that same impact with no problem.

I don't think we know if Stormfront can actually utilize her flight in combat as well as Homelander. HL looks can float through the air effortlessly like he has real flight. SF seems more like she's propelling herself with her electricity powers like electromagnetic manipulation. If she has to focus her powers just to fly, and then again separately to attack? I don't think her flight will help her do much here other than flee

No he wasn't. He was a bit winded at best. Homelander was handling him just fine. The show runners never said ever, that the radiation blast "weakens" SB. I don't know why folks have to come up with this ridiculous cope, I mean, literally, HL is the only supe ever to be stronger than SB and they had to use SB, and grow HL in a lab to do it... That's pretty epic without coming up with absurd excuses.

I disagree about DCEU, live action just doesn't usually compare to the ridiculous feats that animated and comics portray. Love Godot's WW, but she's not on an animated character like OM's level.

Steppenwolf has conquered and destroyed 100k planets in the name of Darkseid since just his exile. He did that shit alone. He also destroyed Krypton's moon, which Snyder said is 14x bigger than our moon, fighting the real Doomsday on it. He's also traveled the multiverse to places without oxygen, or with vastly more gravity or friction or temperatures, and been unharmed. He's literally transcending spatial dimensions. He's a higher dimensional multiversal conqueror of literally more than a hundred thousand planets. And considering he calls humans weak and primitive as a species, it's very easy to tell that those planets and people's he's destroyed weren't pushovers either. And WW fought him pretty well. Yeah sure she can't beat him 1v1, but she's able to toss him around and hurt him a little. She definitely scales to him, just slightly below. Omni-Man meanwhile wouldn't even be able to comprehend the shit Steppenwolf can do and has done. He's straight up in a different dimension, literally. He can't hurt him. The DCEU scales so much higher than people want to admit. For example, multiversal is defined by transcending seven spatial dimensions. Steppenwolf easily does that. Everyone from Apokolips does. So this is essentially the Kratos symptom. He looks to be tree level in game, but that's not his actual scaling.

I definitely think Maeve was well above average, but if she was anywhere near Soldier Boy's level we would definitely know it. She might be more skilled of a fighter than SB or HL, but I it's pretty clear she just doesn't have the raw ability to be a real threat to them

Forgot to add that unlike Stormfront he was able to tank Ryan’s heat vision. He didn’t even die (or get even get injured) in the end. They had to put him to sleep again.
