I bet you have valuable information to give us in this video but it’s lost through all of the ticks, whooshes and other painfully annoying sounds that don’t need to be there. Perhaps you could do a video on misophonia.

I agree 100% I can only imagine what my health would be like at my age if I did not strength train , get my cardio in and eat and sleep well. I don't want to go there!

Weights & resistance are great. I think diet from “convenience” foods are killing us. I’m 72. In 50s-80s I had food from home, ol timey food, even some fried, meatloaf, gravy, southern cooking. Lots of potatos. Road trips we brought food from home & ate at roadside picnic tables that have disappeared. I was a beanpole. Then, many of us fell in the fast food trap. Compare 1960s & today’s beach pictures. Today, full of fattening hogs.
