@BluesyTones most of us aren't in this industry to make insane amounts of money. We come here because we love working in our field. We come to this school to make better food for our future customers. If you wanna make money go into business or something. btw u from JWU? ;)

The chef in this named Jorge Collazo is a wage thief. I worked for him and was pressured to work off the clock in a huge way. Under threat of losing my employment.
