@@moto_nau When you purchase the full Akra system it come with all parts and pieces that your motorcycle needs. Covers, air filter, all what the bike needs and after when your authorized dealer install the Akra full system they will upgrade your map. Next time you you open switch on the bike you will see on your display Racing Evo or newer map update Racing Pro. Enjoy the bike 🏍

Congrats on the new bike! I got it from motomillion and all you have to do is get some aluminum adhesive heat shielding from Amazon and apply it to the under tail gas tank as well as the CF piece. Get some clear silicone gorilla adhesive and stick that CF to the under tail gas tank!

Yeah they new Ducati’s are much more expensive now especially the 23/24 model. MSRP is around $30,695 for the V4s which is stupid high.

All great bikes for sure. Panigale is just sexy and fun ;) S1000rr is fast in a straight line, and it’s really smooth. R1M is expensive for what you’re getting. No brembos; display is smaller; and it’s getting a bit dated. If you’re a big yamaha guy i would wait until they do another big release it’s bound to happen.

The Duc is consistently rated better than both those bikes. I love Yamaha but man that v4s is unbeatable in terms of performance and styling

Just get a slip on like me! I’ve got a video of it; full arrow titanium slip on exhaust. It’s literally a fraction of the cost of a full system Akra and it’s much louder! Easy to install as well! Wait and get the S model. You will end up spending a ton more if you’re trying to get ohlins shocks and forged wheels.

If you have the dealer do it I’m sure it will be north of $200 USD. Just do it yourself it’s so easy to do it. Parts will be less than $100.

Intervals will be around 7K miles for normal riding. Track riding, cut that in half.

@@parthasarathy5222 yeah if you ride hard I would do oil changes about every 4k miles.

Ducati all the way. Ducati just feels more special and there’s more dealer support. Slightly looks better also. Def more power than Ape. Aprilia gave me some issues; keeps leaking oil and loose hose clamp that shat coolant everywhere. I have a 2020 RSV4 1100 Factory. Still a great bike but the Aprilia has a little bit of drama maintenance wise :P

@@PilotlifePOV Thanks, it means a lot! I'll place a deposit on the 2022 V4S! I'll install a full akra too, perhaps to mitigate even more the heat issue, besides the carbon fiber heat shield over the tank.

@@macursino The Full akra is a badass system but I just couldn’t justify the $7K charge for a full system. That’s if the dealer installs it for you. I’ve got the slip on arrow full titanium and the exhaust is $2300 USD and it comes with the device, tune, and the cables. Super easy and it’s awesome; and slightly louder than a full system akra pipe. Easy install as well! I’ve got videos of it! Best of luck; it’s an awesome bike man. The 2022 is even more refined electronics wise and performance! Def the right choice! Hope to see it sometime in the future! Congratulations again! :)

@@PilotlifePOV thanks again ! If I may ask you another quick thing. I just came back from a Ducati dealer opening here in Miami and they were displaying the new 2022. You could sit and check it out. One thing I noticed, that I dont have in my aprilia (it's razor sharp response) is a slight free play on the throttle. Is it really like that? do you notice that? Or it was just me?

@@macursino There is a slight free play but you can install throttle spacers to cut the slack so there isn’t any feeeplay. They’re around $50 USD for the set. I like a little bit of free play. It gives me room for error ;P

@@PilotlifePOV I always wear full gear so I only broke a few bones in my left hand. Other than that, my right knee is still recovering but I'm lucky to have survived with minimal injuries man. Just need to get my hand surgery & I'll be back on my FJR as soon as I can. I'm dying to ride & it's only been just over 2 weeks. The V4S has always been my dream sportbike but I'll never go into debt to buy a bike. Once my attorney pays me, I'm buying one cash boiiii! Can't fuckin wait, things gonna be a whole different animal

@@PilotlifePOV makes no sense to go into high interest debt to buy a motorcycle that has a high charge of getting damaged/totalled very easily. I only buy my bikes and cars cash, don't like monthly payments and interest 🤷‍♂️ I see way too many people who don't know how to ride taking out 20k+ in debt at 25+% APR just so they can take ig pics on their bike with tank tops & ripped skinny jeans, breaks my heart 😭 I remember hearing there's a big difference between 2018 and 2019+ V4S's I think tho, do you know anything about that?

Quad lock system ! It’s got the handle bar mount that clips onto the fork triple tree!

@@michaelgarris7934 No dude it’s solid. Doesn’t go anywhere. It’s not a fork stem mount it’s a handlebar mount that i have and like i said it clips onto one of the gaps on the triple tree! I’ve had the mount system ever since owning the bike and it’s extremely solid and will not go anywhere..

@@michaelgarris7934 I bought the entire system directly from their website. You would need the phone case as well but they sell those also as well as the mounting system. Just google quad lock !

Well I had the bike and sold it when I got to around 18,500 miles !

@@Knight_of_the_Old_Code the 1199 is a classic. Definitely keep that bike. In the future when all the bikes are electric, those two that you have will be icons.

@ape_rider That's the kicker. I had to sell it back in 2015 due to life circumstances. Totally broke my heart. It was a 2013 in the "Arctic White" color. Had a dark tinted windscreen, carbon fiber, the works. It was absolutely gorgeous!

Heated grips are an option. No cruise control; you don’t need that when you’re riding an Italian masterpiece. Takes away from the experience. Get a Prius if you want cruise control lol 😆

@@kmfiz the s1000rr is a totally different riding position and the suspension on the BMW is softer and less aggressive riding position. Depends what you deem is comfortable for you. You need to sit on both bikes and see for yourself. Check out some of my vids I compare both the bikes ..

This bike hasn’t given me any problems. Over 18,000 miles and not a single issue. Ducati has stepped up their game and are ran by AUDI/VW. Keep in mind Audi also owns Lamborghini…
