Funny thing I did most of the stuff from my side and got dumped by her because she thought one day I’ll figure out that I am to good for her so she dropped me before that so she doesn’t has to be the one being dumped… You can do everything right and still do it wrong.

My ex guy reached out 2day after 3months of no contact saying heyy buddy 😂, asking me wat have I been doing, I kept it casual not being mean, he made it his due 2 tell me he's doing great ( I didn't even ask him how he was doing)....But everytime I'd say thank u 4 him congratulating me on things I'm wrkn on...he'll keep texting n I'm ohhhkkkk...byyyyeeeeeeee.....lol ( I'd never take that back! I was the dumpee... lack of healthy conflict, vunerability, and growth, and a change in effort from him....I hope one day I will see being dumped after nearly 3 years as a blessing because the relationship wasn’t going to last if these issues weren't addressed.

Hello nick!! Amazing podcast as always!! I have a question tho. We decided to end it because she’s leaving to a new country and she says that.. “I dont believe in LDR and its not for me”. We decided to end it and it was just heartbreaking.. I have been dumped, I understand now the reason why she’s been cold the past few months because she hasn’t dropped the message yet and she had a head start moving on. I wanted to do no contact, but my question is.. I have a friends group chat on the hobby I really liked and she was active there. I know a lot of people there were my friends but should I just leave? Or should I just mute the group chat and work on myself and never ever interact there anymore?

I’m sorry to hear that buddy. That’s rough. This is more breaking up with the situation than anything else by the sounds of it. The situation is someone moved away. As for the chat group. It’s your hobby man. You shouldn’t have to stop. If she’s active in the group and seeing her triggers you, then I would advise coming away from it. But if you’re okaying being in there for yourself, and to maintain some kind clandestine contact with her, then it should be okay.
