Emil 1951 has none of the benefits of the other emils (turret) but all the drawbacks (derpgun, slow top speed low pwr/wt, turns like the titanic, view range). It's almost as if the nerfs to them were unnecessary.

@@qlas1981 unless you are fully hulldown with full gun depression, any decent prammo round at tier 8 can go through your turret.

In my opinion emil 1951 is veryy good, gun stabilizator is a must, accuracy i have 0.32. Much, much faster than emil 1, quicker reload between sheels

I love the tech tree Emil and they haven't sold this tank in a very long time(at least on the NA server) so i bought 175 boxes just for this tank and this was the 8th tank i got from the boxes. I actually love this tank although its not as powerful as it could be. New meta is to give tanks more and more pen so Iron Arnie with its 300 HEAT pen goes through turret like a pencil through paper. Regardless I love this tank and use it as a 2nd line heavy unless I'm top tier or something.

The only reason why this tank has a place in my heart is because if you're not gonna use gold shells, this tank prints credits due to its standards low shell cost. But if you're facing a BZ-176, T95 or getting caught by Deathstar, its just kills your credit grinding.

I think the Emil 1951 is really good, it's fast, hulldown has a pretty strong turret and 12 degrees of gun depression! And a really strong magazine of 1080 dmg! I like it rly 🙂

It's a solid tank when top tier. You can bully mediums, exploit ridges for gun depression against heavies etc and you really only worry about HEAT spam from big TD's. but just as soon as you face 9's and 10 they don't bother trying to pen you - they just engage Gold spam knowing they can just smash rounds through you constantly.

@@mickeydoc4521 Well, particularly those tanks whose one main strength is their turret armour - like the 252U, Emil, AMX M4 49, or even the venerable Löwe.

I got it in the boxes, didn't want it, hated the Emil I but I played it and found it to actually be OK. It's certainly not a great tank but it sure seemed a lot better than my experience in the Emil I(prebuff). BTW, welcome to the nations of the happy! Lithuania snuck in for the first time.

For me this tank is like patton kr is for you. I love this tank. Techtree emil holds my damage and exp records and this tank performs the same way for me. For me emil and renegade compete with the position of best tier 8 premium tank. Mobility is great, gundepression is great, it has trollish armor and huge damage output. A beautiful tank.

Love this thing, not OP but suffering in the current meta, with the 4min games. When stars align this ‘thinking mans’ kran can be a blast. In a yolo game you just have to accept a blowout and have a coffee 😖

i like this tank more then standart emil. Standart is very slow and dont have mobility, in first map i never go to heavy line with this tank.

I like this tank never played the emil but this tank has great gun depression, is pretty fast and has an auto loader but the gun can be shit but still think the tank is good just not great

the highlight of swede heavies are godlike turret armour + high burst in short window while having a troll gun, the tier 8 has weak turret with gold spam with the derpiness of the higher tiers. garbage imo, had it since the launch as reward in frontlines.

as other tanks in boxes .. Chieftain/T95, Gonzalo, .... for this reason one could consider this boxes being worth it. But reviews of the tanks show we don't miss much in not having them in the end.

Boys and Girls... I just wanted to report that I got Gonsalo, KaRi and Turtle tank and 2 other lower tanks with purchase of 1 50 Euro large Loot Box (Green)... Thank you WOT .... I love all of those tanks - I think they are truly great, not because they are stupid overpowered stuff but great tanks which are a LOT OF FUN to play, I like to have a little challenge and they are all great tanks and I am having more fun than in a long time in WOT
