If you have a red flashing light on one side and it wont move and Recalibrate doesn't fix it... Check all plugs and wires are getting good connection (Especially the 5 wire sockets). If they are and it still don't move then it probly has a blown output fet on the side thats red. They're easy to change.. MAKE SURE BATTERY IS UNPLUGGED!! Measure the Mosfets, 6 on a heatsink per side(GDS)... Usually only 1 or 2 short... DMM to Diode, Neg on Center pin (Drain), Gate approx +1.5v, Source approx .5v. YST7575C crosses to RU6888R 68v 88a TO220 *** For the 12 Fet Mainboard Model, one bank of Fets controls one drive wheel. Do a continuity test to figure out what bank controls what side.. Each bank of Fets, are broken into pairs per thick drive wheel wire (YGB)..
Does your moniker mean a 1955 Ford F100? Anyway, your answer is the most sensible I have seen to date. I will be checking the FETS on the h/boards we bought the kids. Cheap and lasted a day barely.
@@jed2055 Yes it does... Good luck on the fix... Just make sure the battery is unplugged before you start probing.. It should have 2 types of screws in the bottom covers, machine and self threading. keep track of where they go.. If you have to unplug stuff, use different colored markers to remind yourself where they go or draw key lines on them...
I recalibrated it like 9 times and it still doesn't move, when I turn it on and get on it, it just stops and the red button starts beeping repeatedly and the hoverboard doesn't move I don't know what to do
Taeman Same problem with mine. It blinks yellow and then when I step on turns red and beeps. Ive charged the battery and checked the cables. Anyone has the solution?
@@karadayihunsubs8664 this sounds oddly similar to what happens when you try to stand on it while it's charging. your charging port may be shorted out in some way. i believe it's the battery icon that's yellow then, because the other led can only go green and red. hope it helps even a year later.
Hold the power button in and wait till you hear a beep and the light's will flash and then wait 10 more seconds turn your board off turn it on and you can ride it
@@mer_3451 not very sure what your problem is, but try recalibrating it. Look up 'hoverboard recalibrate' on youtube and you should find a video about it.
