Every year, Nordic ministers meet at the UN top summit on Gender Equality (CSW) in New York.
Through the Nordic Council of Ministers, the Nordic countries have worked together for more than 40 years to promote gender equality, trying to find solutions to persistant challenges such as the gender pay gap or unequal distribution of care work, financial freedom or gender-based violence, just to name a few.
But why is the CSW such a big deal? Meet Secretary General Karen Ellemann, who'll tell us why this annual meeting is a game-changer.
Video is in Danish with English subtitles.
