Hi everyone! Thank you for sharing our 100th episode with us! Just wanted to clarify that we’re not advocating for holding onto grudges and festering; if by forgiveness you mean moving on, then that’s an entirely different story. We are all for moving on and living your life free of their terror. By forgiveness we mean letting them in over and over again, always at the cost of your wellbeing; accepting their insincere apologies only to have them hurt you again and again. If you feel inclined, please share your stories of how you dealt with the narcissists in your lives. It’s incredible how we all come from different walks of life and generations, yet we all (including the BRF) seem to be dealing or have dealt with a very similar nightmare. There’s camaraderie in that, as well as hope for others to know there’s always a way out.

Congratulations on episode 100! My mother is 87, and is a narcissist. She was also emotionally, mentally and physically abusive. At 87, she has medical problems and the only person who comes around is me. She has alienated people her entire life and has no one, except for the child she abused (and still has a tendency to abuse) - that person is me. Narcissistic people never change, as I have witnessed with my mother. I have to limit my visits to once a week, that is when I take groceries to her or take her to a doctor’s appointment. I limit the time I am around her. Sometimes, after only 30 minutes I have to leave. I argue with myself in the car driving back home. The only time I will find peace from her is when she dies. So, why do I do anything for her? I suppose, I do things so when the time comes and she is no longer here, I won’t be consumed with regrets or not helping her when I had the chance. If there were other people who would step in to help her, perhaps I wouldn’t. I am in counseling and have been for years. My therapist said I had to decide which to live with…regret or resentment.

Harry betrayed his grandmother on her death bed. Writing about seeing her passed, what was in the room, etc. Then made it about himself and his dead mother. Rude, disgusting and total break in family trust. That was to be a private time you don't even share with other family members. The royal family will never trust Meghan or her family. She has burned that bridge for herself and her family. After seeing her behavior and hateful vengeful ways, you can not help but judge her family. Doria is no better. Nigeria wanted Doria to also be there, but how can you make sense of Doria a black woman who is bisexual currently dating a white woman, for years.... go to a Muslim country !!! Yet Meghan displays her mother as someone very different.

So let me see if I can understand this; My husband's family are cold, racist, unwelcoming and unhelpful, but hey; NOW WE are going to be the "bigger people" and extending olive branches towards them to be the bigger people, willing to allow them to welcome us back into the same family that treated us sooooo badly. WHY?

I think most people around the world are smart enough to see that William has absolutely no reason to forgive Harry. He wasn't the one who trashed his family on the world stage for millions of dollars in the form of interviews, books, television flopumentarys, and relentless paid for PR puff pieces. In fact, William, Catherine, and the entire royal family are within their rights and are very smart to have absolutely nothing to do with the two grifters from Monteshitshow. They have given them several opportunities and have always had it thrown back in their faces because Harry and Rachel can't keep their mouths shut and always run to the press. They are constantly filming, recording, and photographing every single moment of their lives in case they have an opportunity to monetise it. They are never going to stop and are incapable of change, so no contact is the only option, and I applaud them for taking a stand. Happy 100th Episode Pluto and Zac! I'm over the SCRIPTED NARRATIVE that MM relentlessly throws out into the media. Why do the media promote absolute LIES, DECEPTION, and MANIPULATIONS always about what the RF do to them! Wo is me..... victimhood. 😫🤢 🤮 😫

Quick background: My mother was narcissist, so needless to say, our childhood was more of learning to survive her moods. She would say "don't look at me that way" right before she slapped your face. We all learned quickly to school our facial expressions. She taught me that I didn't want to be like her. That being said I want to remark on people expecting William to forgive Harry. Forgiveness gave me the freedom from guilt of what was done to me. Carrying a grudge, fear, or negative emotion is like carrying around an extra 100 lbs while forgiveness drops that weight from your spirit. It gives me a freedom. BUT I couldn't let my mother back in my life for my own safety and that of my children. I think William is at that point, he may forgive Harry for the nastiness but will not forget it because he will protect his family first, and then the country. Harry, people have come to realize, is a cancer to those who once loved and respected him. He has slowly eaten away and destroyed his relationships. Once a cancer is removed from the body, no one welcomes it back. BTW - another great episode! I am so glad to have discovered your channel. I love the fact that you are a lawyer and uses that aspect to research your programs and offer up facts along with your opinions. Crack a bottle of bubbly for another 100 episodes!

Are you kidding me??? The RF is dealing with ENOUGH. They don’t need anymore drama in their lives and that includes the Markle Senior family!

I left an abusive, narcissistic ex almost a decade ago. He spread stories about me (some on social media). He threw fits. He showed up at places I was with no warning. When I went no contact, he whined to friends how mean I was to ignore him. Then he threatened to harm himself. I knew he wasn't going to do anything, but I found it especially beyond the pale given that my brother had died by suicide and he knew how it affected me. Still refused contact, even with people contacting me saying I HAD to talk to him so he could be better. I didn't, and as suspected nothing happened. I did lose people I thought were friends because they bought into his nonsense, but I have peace. I don't blame the RF at all.

A lot of people believe that Thomas M Sr. was set up so he couldn’t come to her wedding. I wouldn’t put anything past her. She probably wanted to walk herself down the isle, the feminist who doesn’t need any man, except men in her life is what she has depended on to support her throughout her whole life!

The one good thing Meghan has done is bringing narcissism out in the open with an understanding of what it really is about. Now that we know what narcissism is it can be dealt with.

As a Christian, you can forgive that person who has wronged you, but that doesn’t mean you have to have a relationship with them, especially when the trust is gone. Forgiveness is as much for the wronged person as it is for the wrong doer.

Markle reckons that SHE’S taken the high road by offering an olive branch! Can you imagine? Princess Catherine is on the high road to the throne of England. Meghan won’t be able to kneel down to kiss her feet, let alone curtsy!

Forgiving a betrayal is a tremendous amount of work. My brother was a drug addict for over 20 years and did his best to destroy our family. He nearly got my sister and her kids blown up. He bought and sold in our parents’ front yard. He wrecked their cars and nearly ended their marriage. After a series of ODs he moved back into the family home due to severe disability. He was blind, couldn’t walk or feed himself. For the last 6 years of his life I changed his diapers. I can’t express how angry and bitter I was, but I felt strongly that I needed to forgive him. I really needed to so I could release the bitterness. I prayed so hard for help, and at last I managed it. I’m so grateful because I was the one sitting with him as he died, and if I hadn’t forgiven him I would have spent eternity trying to forgive myself. It’s not my business to tell anyone else who they have to forgive and I wouldn’t dream of trying it. H and TW have shown no remorse, in fact they just keep escalating. I say banish them.

My heart breaks for Queen Elizabeth II, who was so disrespected by her grandson and TOW during the final years of her wonderful reign.

If I was a member of the RF i would never ever reach out to any Markle or Ragland family member. Really? If M doesn't why should they? They're not their bloody family and the toxic behaviour of M, NO!

You can forgive people who have hurt you. This is a form of letting it go. This does not mean that you bring them back in your life. Just that you are moving on.

Remember it isn't only the Markel side of her family that she (DM) has turned her back on; she has not included her mother's (Doria) side as well, no grandparents, aunts, uncles or cousins has she ever talked about or included at her wedding to PH.

Nothing or no one is perfect in this world, we all make mistake and hoping learn from them, but there is a big difference, Harry and Meghan Markles nastiness and disgusting behaviour, is no mistake.

Our family narcissist has changed husbands, religions, friend circles, and towns. She has never changed the lies, the ego, the masks, the manipulations, or the hidden agendas. We have extremely limited contact, limited to polite conversation only. We share nothing. We don't defend ourselves to her minions as our actions speak for us. We refuse to be drawn back into that hellhole. I pray the RF knows to do the same.

Meghan and Harry's respective fathers, wanting to talk to them, the daughter and son they want to talk to do not exist, insightful and so true.

Now our lovely Princess Anne, was rushed to Hospital yesterday, after suffering 'injuries' consistent with impact from horse kick. Luckily they are only minor injuries and concussion. Our Prince Ann is being kept in hospital as a precautionary measure for observation, and is expected to make a full and swift recovery. Thank goodness for that I say.

Forgiveness is not about the abuser. It is not agreeing with the abuser or even wiping their slate clean. Forgiveness is a gift to yourself, to allow yourself not to take revenge or demand to be right. Forgiveness also is not leaving the door open to be abused again. Abusers suffer the consequences of their own action. Sometimes stepping away from the abuser is the best action for you.

I was a naive person who thought forgiveness meant letting the person who hurt you, back in time and time again. It’s imperative for us to forgive as a fellow Christian’s because God forgave us but, forgiveness doesn’t mean, allowing yourself to be victimized by a professional victim. Trust me, it gets worser each time! I agree with you both, watching videos on narcissistic abuse and educating yourself, will save your lives It definitely saved mine! I forgave them, forgave myself, and moved on! With Jesus help, It’s been the best thing I’ve ever done for my life ❤

You’re absolutely correct in your assessment of a narcissist. Our son’s ex, who unfortunately is the mother of our only one grandchild, used, abused all of us, and at the end, she completely cut off our granddaughter from the entire family, on the both sides. It took a serious struggle for our son in the court to prove that he is a loving and caring father, and not dangerous maniac, to finally be allowed to spend time with his daughter, who he has loved more than anyone else in his life. That is also the only time we can see our granddaughter when our son flies here to see her, which he does every other month, and stays her for 9-10 days (he can do some work from home).

Have you ever considered that the Royal Family knows more about the Markle Family than we are aware of? Probably being very cautious.

But, Harry was indulged in every way, he was pampered by the adults and the younger ones had to deal with his attitude. Which, created a little bratty kid/adult.! Harry took advantage of the empathy and never took responsibility. Wasn't there, but his actions over time are pretty well documented.

Fantastic 100th episode 👏 👌🏾. I am a C of E Christian. I have a narcissistic brother who I have had no choice but l had to cut out of my life. I have forgiven him. However, I can't forget. I pray for him to heal . But my mental health will keep him out of my life .

It's complete narcissism. These public olive branches, which they know are going to be ignored, to play victim of it. Where's the olive branch to her father, who raised her. Nothing for him, because she knows he'd jump at the chance in a heartbeat, and then what she going to do, because deep down she wants to be rejected.

The one thing I notice is both H & M were spoilt and their bad behaviour over looked and covered up. The worst way you can bring up someone with narcissistic tendencies. He wants IPP.

What concerns the UK public regarding Harry is that it is not safe for the BRF to be with the narc wife who is ultra jealous of the Pri ncess of Wales and the second son who is jealous of the heir. Btw, forgiveness does not mean one should do away with wisdom. Even if the couple apologise to the RF, they should still be wary of the DD. Like Wallis and Edward, they should be exiled. Nigeria may want them there. (You will have to spend money for this couple.)

Very educational, so many truths about narcissists. Narcissists ALWAYS have a hidden agenda.

Forgiveness is important so you can move forward, but that doesn’t mean you need to restore the relationship! I don’t have a relationship with my grandmother because she is a narcissist, but I’ve forgiven her for the hell she put myself and my family through. It’s sad when you have to cut people out of your life, but narcissists are not capable of having a normal relationship. It’s so sad!

Forgiveness is so very hard but nowhere in my study of it does it include forgetting. So, once forgiveness is granted, boundaries for self preservation are critical. And these boundaries need to be strong when dealing with highly toxic people.

The ONLY olive branch that may be listened to is this: The Harkles on their knees begging forgiveness for lying and admitting they lied.

People like Meghan, have no boundaries. When you say no period, they will find someway to be vindicated. I worked in nursing, in the ER, this person accused me of attempted murder. He was a family member, and I had to go through the investigation, the embarrassment on my job. Forgiving someone doesn't mean that you want them to continue being in your life. Forgive them, then close the door on them.

You can forgive someone and still not like them. You can forgive someone and still not have them in your life. I’m sure the royal family has forgiven them, but that doesn’t mean that there’s a path back.

I grew up with a narcissistic, passive aggressive mother and it took me years and my husband's family to realise she's toxic! I haven't had any contact with her apart from a Christmas and birthday card for several years. It helps immensely that I live 350 miles away from her! With regards as to why the Royal family haven't been in contact with Thomas Markle, they have probably done a background check, he talks to the media every chance he gets, therefore they cannot trust him and why would they want to bring that possible drama into the fold? I never thought of Thomas Markle as a narcissist. He was a loving, giving father who was betrayed and lied upon in the worst way…by someone he adored, with a new and huge platform. He had/has every right to defend himself.

You can always tell when Meghan knows she has stuffed up again. After the reactions to the jam/dog biscuit debacle became apparent, all the puff pieces about olive branches and “not her fault” that her friend posted it when he did. I am sure she just loves the publicity. I have become so tired of her shenanigans that I am no longer clicking on stories about her. What Harry did in his book was so disgusting and what has come out about his treatment of the late Queen, means he will never be trusted by the family again. The most private moment, which was their visit to Balmoral Castle just after she died was written about in his book. He made it about him and brought his mother’s death into it. Apparently, this is the straw that broke the camel’s back. None of the family will ever trust him again. And then him and Meghan’s behaviour at the funeral reinforced their distrust. He will never ever get it back. So all the you tube videos in the world will never alter what the RF will do in the future. They have exiled him and he will never be accepted back. So good on the RF. They are happier without them.

My husband has told me time & time again that no one wants to be the villain in their own story. It wasn't until all the narcissistic RU-vid reviews regarding Migraine that I was able to understand my own childhood trauma with a narcissistic mother. I could never put my finger on the issue, but I used to say that at least I didn't suffer Munchausen by Proxy. However, two years ago, I found myself in an emotional fetal position from the realization that I have been subjected to EMOTIONAL Munchausen by Proxy. Whew! I could spend hours on that revelation, but the armor against the love bombs, revisionist history, and the sword of I am NOT crazy has been the most amazing mental emancipation imaginable! As for forgiveness, it is necessary and not mutually exclusive from healthy estrangement. A decade later, I am in a place to establish and hold boundaries while my mother lives a chosen pathetic existence as I support her materially, again, with boundaries. Watching her ping-pong off the boundaries is both entertaining and sad for her.

The horrible Harkles have proven themselves to be destructive and dangerous to the RF. Excommunication of H&mm from the RF and Great Britain is necessary for peace and safety. God be with you❣️

Harry’s deadline is 15 September, 2024. It is his 40th birthday. Rumours abound that Princess Anne (the executor of her grandmother’s will) has pushed it out to 45, but who knows if that is true. He will be focussed on sweet talking his father and his aunt into letting him back in and ensuring he still gets his money on his birthday. He believes he has done nothing wrong. Well even his father is not that stupid, to let him anywhere near the money until he divorces Meghan. She is clinging on until that date. If he gets his money, she will divorce him after 15 September, and take 75% of it and go for full custody of surrogate children.

I’m not for the BRF to reach out to Thomas Markle. HMTQ has told Meghan and Harry to fly to see him. But for the RF to reach out? To do what? To say “we understand that your daughter is a monster?” Especially they have not even known Thomas Markle. If they have been knowing each other like in the case of the Middletons, then it would be ok to reach out if something happens. Thomas Markle needs her daughter, not the RF. I’m saying this even for normal people. If my daughter-in-law refuse to see her father and I have not even known him, it would be very awkward for me to reach out to him.

It is none of TRF business to have any contact with T Markle; there is no connection with couples parents in ANY family!! Silly to even consider TRF should do or not do anything whatsoever.

Thomas Markle reckons that the Royal family ‘owe’ him and he has filed for bankruptcy twice! There’s no way that the Royal Family should open the door to him. They simply don’t need any further drama and trauma in their lives.

Because Markle’s father understandably loves her and wants to reunite. Any communication is taking a huge risk, even if the father wouldn’t knowlingly hurt the RF. It’s a very wise decision of the RF! A necessary decision!

I don't think it's strange that the royal family has never reached out to Thomas Markle, they never met him, they don't know him.

Meghan Markle has never reached out to our beautiful English Rose Catherine, the Princess of Wales, as our beautiful Catherine, wouldn't want anything to do with Meghan Markle, including our Prince William. Harry and Meghan Markle need to be kept as far away from our beloved Royal family as possible, especially our King Charles, Queen Camellia, Prince William, beautiful English Rose Catherine, and their three gorgeous children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and little Prince Louis. Meghan Markle, is so insanely jealous of our beautiful English Rose Catherine, it unbelievable.

There's a difference between forgiveness and discernment. Forgiveness means release from anger. I forgive people all the time. Doesn’t mean we put them back into a place where they can abuse us.

I would hazard a guess that Catherine has grown to dislike and distrust Markle completely, like so many of us have, and once you’ve reached that point with a person, there’s no going back. Markle is who she is and any further attempts to rebrand herself aren’t going to work. She’s lied too many times, caused too much stress, shown that she’s incapable of being genuine, and most of all, she’s just not a person anyone of discernment would want in their lives.

This was a great piece. I was raised a Christian too and when getting bullied in Primary school was told to turn the other cheek. Looking back now, the cheek of it!

Your insight into narcissists is so spot on: "Just a look can set them off" is sadly very true. 🇺🇲 has rejected H & M. That's why they want to go to the UK, IMO.
