I can’t vouch for how long women remain fighter pilots. In general, women are better multitaskers which is an advantage in today’s fighter jets, but men are better dog fighters.

You've clearly never flown airplane before. Especially a fighter jet. The very design of the aircraft alone is physically and mentally demanding, especially in high-stress situations & aerial combat which women do not do well under. There is a reason so many "first female" fighter pilots have either crashed their jets or have crashed on a simple landing or takeoff, many times taking innocent lives with them including their own, when they should never have been greenlit to fly in the first place, they were simply rammed through the ranks in the name of equality.

Well to be honest, my old flight instructor had over 16,000 hours of student instruction time...........teaching people to fly was his career. He told me he's had MANY women students who after only 20hrs of flight time could handle the airplane better than he could. But the big negative was he's never seen one that didn't panic & lose their shit in an emergency situation. Just saying..

Nobody here is saying that women cant fly properly. BUT there are just some BIOLOGICAL advantages men statisticly have! For example: better spacial oriantion, strengh! ->more strength is good for many reasons, for example when performing high G-Manoeuvers having a strong upper body will significantly reduce the risk of injury! Or if your fancy hydrolic flight controll fail and you need to use a manual system. And as already said, diffrent stress response...

Stay focused, get your education, keep physically and mentally healthy and strong. Have options and backup plans just in case, like the Air Force or Coast Guard. Get your private pilot's license. The flaw in your logic is that the tests are different based on gender. For example, the pull up standard for male marines is 10-15 I believe, and for female marines, they only have to hang on the bar for a little while. There has been a shortage of pilots in the armed forces for years specifically because the military REFUSES to do what you are saying they do. early fighter pilots were trained very differently from how they are trained today. I don’t deny there are far less women out there willing and qualified to become fighter pilots. But I don’t see a reason for denying the few women who do meet all of the necessary qualifications for the job. I am enlisted In the Air Force and know many people in this industry. I’ve seen what it takes to get through the training required and I assure you any human being capable of making it is an exceptional outlier regardless of gender. Any fighter pilot needs to be extremely intelligent, in good shape, have fast reflexes, and be medically qualified to even be considered as a potential candidate. Naturally, it makes sense that less women will be drawn to the career, and even less will actually meet the requirements. But the few that do are given a multitude of opportunities where they are required to prove themselves as being equally capable and motivated individuals as their male counterparts. When a woman somehow manages to succeed through all of this without compromise, I don’t see why they shouldn’t be able to earn the title the same as a man.
