7:57 As a former addict this lady is actually right…. I never cleaned needles in a public bathroom stall with the toilet paper you’d get an infection that way. Addicts clean their needles with rubbing alcohol or they just throw them out and use a new one
As a recovering addict, it never once crossed my mind to clean & reuse my needle, let alone BY STABBING TOILET PAPER ROLLS!!! Luckily I didn’t ever reuse a needle, however, if I was to reuse a needle, certainly not this way.
@@niyameow will they stab tissue paper rolls to clean the needle though?? That just doesn’t make sense… as a former needle user stabbing tissue rolls is nonsense
@@TheSulleymanI’m an actual addict and if you did that you would most likely get cotton fever, I’m not actually sure if cotton fever is from a bacteria but I was convinced as an addict it was from getting cotton particles in my blood that was causing the fever but it’s super common you can ask any addict about it. Every once and a while after taking a shot you get a quick fever instead of getting high and your teeth chatter. I do worry about blood sprays in bathrooms from needles.
Also it's not a burn for watches, it's likely a contact vs irritant dermatitis. Just clean your watches and watch for reactions to silicone. Apply hydrocortisone as needed for itch and just clean your stuff 😭
At least not with the water in our pipes. Clean water yes it’s okay to put natural products in ur hair it’ll never make things bad for you but using the horrible products and metal filled poop filled toxic water then yea you can’t wash ur hair everyday
The lady thinking active addicts are out here with a bleach cleaning solution to clean their needles with. That's about as ridiculous as them caring if a needle has dulled.
Its one reason why they started using the ones where the toilet paper is hidden or locked up . If druggie share they would do it and just in general too to "clean" em. Red dots they blood. Saw once in a public park bathroom

Can we talk about staph being a normal flora for the skin? It’s not uncommon to find staph on something that comes into contact with your skin. It’s a problem when the bacteria moves to a different part of the body that it’s not supposed to be.
I randomly have staff that lives in my belly button, I have a crazy nose and can smell staff from a mile away. Every once and a great while it can and will cause a problem like recently I went hiking and it was cold so i had on strech pants under my regular pants and the friction caused abrasions and it caused staff infection because it’s just always there and it’s not the first or last time it will happen. If it smells like staff I just put some neosporin in there and it goes away. Im pretty sure everyone has staff in their belly buttons, I once watched a study on PBS and they took swabs of peoples belly buttons and they found like ridiculous amounts of staff like 9 separate kinds and even some weird bacterias that were only previously found in swamps in exotic places.
You can diy your own dry shampoo with baking soda, corn starch, and a bit of coco powder for color. Works even better in my opinion and no crazy chemicals 👀
Good shout, but unfortunately, If ppl are too lazy to wash their hair, I don't think they will turn chemist and try to diy their own shampoo! Ppl are happy to literally sacrifice their health for convenience.. This is just another sign of how messed up our society is right now. As a woman it annoys me quite a bit because I see this marketted at women, and fellow women going for it, willing ginea pigs who are paying for the convenience of being experimented on.. This constantly feeds the stereotype of how unintelligent and illogical we women are, which is simply, mostly, not true.
Salt will work as well. I did try each one, corn starch a good rub and brush seems to work best.... Can't get to shower? Baby, olive or vegetable oil, slather it on and use something with a stiff edge to scrape it off...
I wash my hair once weekly, have to let the natural oils coat my hair, then double wash in shampoo and five minute mask in conditioner or sometimes longer. I do make exceptions here or there for a second hair wash, like if there is a big event. One thing that makes a big difference is a shower brush though, total life saver in coating my locks with the products cause it can help get the harder part at the back of my neck so that way it's clean, untangled and smooth.
It matters so much on hair type.... I'm similar to you if I washed my hair more I'd have to put in expensive hair oils and I'm brokeplus anyway it seems better to keep going w with what's naturally best.
@@aminatakaba88 I do use spoiled child hair products, I use mine sparingly though. It's fine to drop a little here if there to keep to add a little flare though. Same tight budget and all.
Oh cool I never thought of a shower brush. My roots are oily af but my ends are brittle dry plus we have hard water. I would like to but cheap gallons of water to just wash my hair once week with & see if it helps.
@@CarrieJess you will not be disappointed in getting that brush. I used to use travel size brushes for years before getting my hands on one. Only then I had to wait till I got to the conditioner to use it. Now with the shower brush, I can get the shampoo through my strands easy. I have the same oily scalp, brittle and dry ends. I use Dove's hair therapy Hyaluronic Serum brand for two years ish now and it's helped me through the driest summers and coldest winters.
I got to the gym every day and sweat so much my hair is dripping wet. I only was it once a week but I have to rinse it and put some on conditioner on the length otherwise it’s looks super duper dry.
2:40 Does this woman believe people who use dry shampoo don’t wash their hair 😂?? Lady we wash our hair I just use it if I don’t have time to take a shower and my hair is a little greasy. And that would be a day where I’ve just gone one day without showering. Never do I go more then two days without taking a bath or shower. Dry shampoo is not a replacement for washing your hair…
I just bought Batiste dry shampoo last week. It has NOT been removed from shelves which is very concerning since a recall has supposedly been issued. I will be returning mine.
Being an ex addict that refused to ever use needles but was around needle users... They dont do it to "clean" their needles. Some just sit there and squirt blood on the walls and toilets. Leave dirty used needles in bathrooms. Mcdonalds is a main spot to avoid.
I used to flush my needles down the toilet at Dunkin’ Donuts and I usually didn’t reuse needles but I can’t say I never did but I would have never stabbed anything to dull my needle and I especially wouldn’t stab something like toilet paper as I still can’t decide what causes cotton fever it could be particles or something and not bacteria so why would I want to get toilet paper bits in my blood? That’s ridiculous. I more worry about needle sprays and I have seen them in bathrooms and I bet most people would have no idea what they were looking at.
This is crazy. The AirPod thing happened to me. I didn’t think that someone could be trying to track me, I just thought it was weird. It’s was October 13th, and I was going to a event with my youth group, and so from the time I left my house (around 4:00) to 10:00 at night, I guess I was being tracked? I don’t even own AirPods and wasn’t near anyone that I knew with AirPods but I was an hour away from my house and it said they were last seen at my house. I literally drove all over the place and just got the message at 10, once I was going home again. Really weird that I’m seeing and hearing about this being a way to track people. And I’m only a minor so that’s even more scary to me
Glad I never used dry shampoo, I always thought it was gross. There are videos of people using it and then they put a camera on their scalp and it is absolutely disgusting looking
I was about to think about testing one to Space shampoo since i've found a brand New bottle of Batiste in my mother room while playing with my cat and know how hard it is to wash AND dry my hairs without getting sick. Now i'm kinda not hyped anymore by this...
Isn't "Not Your Mothers" one of the few dry shampoo's that is concidered safe? I disinfect my phone, watch, earbuds and even my glasses EVERYDAY after work. I never use or wear my watch after work or on the weekends because I have sensitive skin to begin with
What terrible conditions does St.Ives cause? I stopped using it because it would cause small skin tears and oil and dirt would get embedded into the tears.
12:57 Again I can't tell you how many random Wi-Fi connections I've connected to I've connected to headphones I've connected to many things while walking with my phone and having Bluetooth on by accident Completely forgetting to turn it off So we're getting all paranoid like this and everybody commenting yeah somebody's stalking to you is hilarious
I have my Freestyle Libre 2 connected to my phone and I have to have my bluetooth and wifi on at all times. My phone doesn't connect to bluetooth devices, other than the one's in my home or car. My wifi doesn't automatically connect at random. Even if it's somewhere I've been several times.... other than home then it automatically connects. It will show me other bluetooth and wifi devices around but it won't connect to them. All of them are password protected. Our hospitals/stores/fast food restaurants offer free wifi but you still have to go to their login page to connect.
I had this in my car after i brought it. Luckily my friend who had an iphone was randomly in my car i had to download something else because im with samsung was behind the back lights for me 😊 .. police did NOTHING i even tried to tell them how to find the user and NOTHING
it would take 15 or 20 ppl back to back doing that over and over to the tp with their "cleaning" to make it look like that. its a one and done when someone goes to do that, nobody is hitting it in their arm over and over and wiping it away on the tp. that was done on purpose. nobody is going into bathrooms and doing this. even if you DID have that ONE person that wants to cause harm and just did this to the tp, it is not a thing anyone needs to worry about. even if it WAS, it would be one place and you would never know it had been done. i dont think there would be enough of anything to survive on paper for long anyway.
So you telling me nobody has seen addicts with infected legs and arms and scars from infections????? Its not uncommon and everyone will care enough to sanitize their needles
If it was blood from used needle it would also show through the rest of the toilet paper. It's extremely toilet paper and it's recycled paper and other things.
You can make dry shampoo at home with corn starch, a pinch of backing soda, and coco powder if brunette! Then just mix, rud in to palms, and apply to roots.
Ok the harm reduction lady might assume ppl wouldn’t do that but as a recovering IV addict I’ve seen ppl do many things to dull their syringe or use a completely blunt needle if need be. I don’t get her logic, and I don’t think they are sticking it right in but probably sliding it down to clean off the tip. Idk why you would but I’ve seen crazier.
12:10 Yeah someone really followed you from your sister's house to where you went and back You really think that happened over you accidentally connected to somebody's airpods Because that's exactly what it looks like to me
Needles are one time use you cant just clean them with toilet paper, theres even been someone who’s doctor used the needle twice instead of getting a new one and that person ended up paralyzed.
My brother who isn't the most clean person (only showers around every two weeks and is always covered in dirt) wore his Fitbit for around 3 months straight (even showering with it on because it says on the box that it can be used "in water") and when he finally took it off his arm smelt like death from all of the trapped moisture and gross build up, his arm was inflamed and infected for a few weeks after that, he even had to take antibiotics to help because his body was having a hard time getting rid of it on its own...
That lady works in harm reduction but has the ignorance to think people in active addiction care enough to clean their needles or not use dull ones. She’s so wrong. My dad was a needle user, he’s been clean for over 30 years now and he’ll be the first to tell you they don’t care. He’s told stories in his book about how he used to scrounge on the carpet for pieces of speed to shoot up. He had Hep C from dirty needles and recently went through treatment to have it eradicated. Most Addicts couldn’t care less about their needles being dull or dirty so long as it still gets them high.
Question anything that has a continuous spray! Not only are they potentially deadly, but they build up in your lungs! The longterm complications are still largely unknown. Then we use these products in tiny, closet size bathrooms/bedrooms!! They should NEVER ever be used in a poorly ventilated area! That's something you rarely hear mentioned or taken seriously. It's real. There's several deaths attributed to AXE and similar aerosol sprays. So many products use the same or similar propellants. These aerosol sprays are all dangerous for the same reasons! Be wise and careful my beautiful people!
Some tiktokers out there see something they can't explain, make something completly wild in their head and make a video about it acting like its a fact
The whole tracking notification with AirTags and such is really sensitive as I’ve gotten tracking notifications in my home from AirPods early in the morning and it turned out it was a child eating for the bus every morning(it didn’t notify every morning) but sure enough I had watch from camera recordings and the notifications were the same time this kid would walk to the corner next to my house to wait for his school bus.
It won’t say Benzene on it. Look for the ingredient Butane on the bottle. That’s the ingredient that is petroleum based gas that causes Benzene to be contained.
@@Charlotte66666 I looked into it and it’s horrifying that it’s the main ingredient 😭 I really liked that dry shampoo too, but I’ll be tossing it out now
7:50 lady , these people are ADDICTS! you think they care about if a needle is dull or more painful. *_why do you think an addict that resorts to mostly ANYTHING they wouldn't normally do if sober , would have "standards" or care about a dull/dirty needle?_* THAT'S PROBABLY THE LEAST DAMAGING THING THEY RESORT TO FOR THEIR "FIXES!" 🤦🏽♀️
Ok so what's really going on with the toilet paper rolls is not needles. It is however careless handling after packaging is open. Most of these roles are kept in backrooms which are notoriously unclean! I know this because I have seen and dealt with these things first hand! That video is absolutely ridiculous and completely untrue and unfounded! Smdh🤦♀️
I've always used cornstarch when I felt my hair was too greasy. I also find it hard to listen to health advice from Dr. Dray, she has an active eating disorder and has for years.
That's a bit much to have a convention. But just know pilots are going to council meetings to report that they are being forced to spread these things. These are grown a** old men crying over this mess. Cause they weren't aware of what it was until after. They're risking their lives putting that out there. So you might want to open your mind up a bit more to what they are doing to you instead of making a joke out of something simply because you don't believe it. I mean they even but insecticides in your foods. Just check the labels. You gonna laugh at that too? 🙄
I already knew it had a carcinogen in it by reading the label, I figured it was a matter of the dose making the poison and that it was an innocuous amount.
When did live video metrics become a thing? I noticed this _just_ now, with the views count and upload time updating on this video as I'm watching it on mobile.
6:11 - the toilet paper in public restroom seemed to be always covered by metal plate, at least here. but it's true I don't going into malls last 3-4 years frequently, didnt use a toilet there several years. I hope, insanity didnt win over humans again, and they let there cover in the new built shopping mall.
Lol that woman saying if you don't wash your hair twice a week like people are out here using it and only washing their hair twice a month. It's time I buy up lots of dry shampoo
I’m not really sure about the smartwatch part… the irritation only appears under where the sensors are on the watch, not around the band (I get it every time I have my watch on for a couple of days). A lot of users have reported it to Apple and it’s generally been accepted that it’s a harmless side effect of the sensors. If it was bacteria, a) it would appear around your entire wrist, and b) this would not be a new phenomenon, people have been wearing waterproof watches for decades without getting irritation under the watch face 🤷🏼♀️
If u fear so much, stop using dry shampoo, wash ur hair daily and use hair dryer and use water for cleaning instead toilet paper. Install bidet. Use normal watch. Use wire headphones. Very simple
Regardless this why I carry my own seat covers toilet paper and such with me hand soap as well. Being a mom of 4 defenently has contributed to my over heath cautious when it comes to public places.
The amusing thing about the Batiste story is that it shows you how fd up the US is, my Batiste is made in the UK and NO benzene... this goes for a lot of products, the UK and EU have HIGH standards, yoga mats in US bread, chlorinated chicken, bleached eggs? Why?! When it shows these products can be made perfectly fine without all the carcinogens and non-edibles in the edible sections?
...And here I sit as someone who in a pinch just sprays a little rubbing alcohol on my one strand of hair that gets greasy sometimes (seriously, it's just a single strand...)
okay but what is a good dry shampoo brand? bc batiste is the only one out of tons that i've tried that actually work. i do not understand why companies must add these products. like just do without! why must they add them?!
My apple watch back plate doesn't burn me but it leaves a red mark with bumps like a rash. it will itch for a few hours before going down. Its the same reation I have to wearing silver jewelry. I clean mine every time I wear it but it still leaves a rash. Only metals I can wear are gold and brass they don't leave marks..
I've seen that for a long time in lots of bathrooms in two different states and they give out free needles Three times a week they will even deliver the needles and other accessories to anyone who calls.
in saudi theres mostly these lil washer hose thingys that we use to wash, i dont use them in public restrooms since emy mom tells me “dont use them!” but in school i do bc.. its not that public? i guess
