The most sensitive "bottom sensing" rod ever made was the Shimano Cumara, hands down. T-Rigs, Jigs, Shaky, Neko... It was BY FAR the best ever made. If you can get your hands on one, DOT IT!

It's not an insult towards the rods you're talking about, whatsoever! I've never had the pleasure of trying one. Just stating my personal opinion.
Depends. Baitcast or spinning, and how deep of diving cranks are you throwing? I am guessing Baitcast and I will presume it’s a shallow diving crank (2-5 ft). Which in that case…. I would recommend the following model the 6 ft 10 inch medium power extra fast tip. I like a shorter crankbait rod personally
