When Mr. President Trump is re-elected with a House & Senate to back him, the so-called "elite" might once again return closer to the role of "public servants" .... but since the late 80's/early 90's, government employees think that they and ONLY they should run EVERYBODY'S lives. And because they've been getting away with it, "we the people" have devolved to actually being the "public servants".... serving them. Hopefully, upon DJT's election, at least 3 federal agencies will be defunded and at least 500,000 employees will be pink slipped. I hope he puts Vivek in charge of that operation! We'll see.
But even that concept has had a shaky history of implementation, unfortunately. I think of President Jackson’s treatment and displacement of the Natives, like if they were not even citizens or communities of their own. Another easy one is Nixon.
Barack literally said people weren't being spied on, on late night tv of all places, before Edward Snowden completely made that remark look as foolish as foolish can be.
Remember when they spied on Trump when he was a candidate and as President elect and Obama was aware of it all? Then it just all got swept under the rug. No big deal!
We spend too much time focused on how the other side is wrong than electing candidates that right. Are we really looking at putting a 78 year old or 81 year old back on the White House? Other countries think we are weak and a laughing stock because we are digging our presidents out of the retirement home.
"People are tired of being treated like peasants" says guy who votes for someone who has literal peasants and servants catering to his every golden whim. lol
"The future does not belong to globalist, the future belongs to patriots. The future belongs to sovereign and independent nations who protect their citizens, respect their neighbors and honor the differences that make each country special and unique." - President, Donald J. Trump
8 years of trying to frazzle Trump and Democrats still don’t comprehend Trump Psychology 101. The man is a Manhattan real estate developer and media star. He is wired for combativeness. He flourishes under a sustained barrage of attacks that would break others, because that’s his lived experience.
Is no one getting sick of the us government serving as a nursing home? Is it concerning to anyone that the person who is supposed to represent the strength and vigor of the US is going to be someone in their 70s? It’s pathetic that this never gets talked about.
"The left has utterly abandoned working class people and made itself the instrument of the bourgeois." This is the complete opposite of the truth. Trump's party passed a massive tax cut for the wealthy in 2017 that gave temporarily crumbs to working class people (and now even those are expiring).
I really appreciate how Joe can just let someone say their entire piece without interrupting. His ability to listen and let everyone else listen is TOP TIER! Keep it up JOE!

The most cool headed understanding of the misunderstanding of the rise of Trump. He does not have the interests of the people he entices to vote for him. They are being fooled.
@@ksteigerthe reason is not that hard to understand, the problem is the agent for change that they picked is worse than the old status quo. You can’t burn down the house to prove a point. Also if it was a one time thing to really stick to the system I could stand behind it but it has become a cult of personality without any objective way of reasoning with a good 40% of trump voters.
that ending was very important. it’s like when at work your executives and your engineers argue with you about the most efficient way to get things done, or for you to increase your rates and etc you tell them “hey mf, we are the ones who do this shit every single day. we know what is actually feasible and what isn’t. we know what works and what doesn’t. we are the experts because we are the ones who do it every single day. we also how physically taxing it is on our bodies, you do not as you sit in air conditioning all day long doing nothing of value.”
I love the way he properly attacks the "expert class." The irony is that the science shows that the experts on an issue advocate for their self interest against the self interests of a majority of the population. This goes back thousands years. Even in the middle ages the experts, the literate, were the nobles and higher level clergy. They argued for, justified and instituted a system that drove all goods to them at the expense of the peasants.
And what are the guys in the video? 😂 That’s what Maga wants you to believe: There’s no difference between journalism and this pundit word salad nonsense. They stoke your fears and feed you lies and claim you can never know what is true. They tell you to dismiss expertise and put you in danger for their own power. Keep buying this crap and this country is toast.
Meanwhile conservatives down 155 seats and progressives up 155 seats. How is he right here? It's heading for a historic loss for conservatives. A billionaire Sunak with Brexit(UK first) and tax cuts scores 23% in the polls. Mrs. Anti Deepstate Lizz Truss was out performed by a lettuce. You do realize Trump has the same policies as them, not Reform UK. They want no privatization in healthcare. Trump would never! Trump gave away 14% corporate tax cuts. He's like Sunak and Lizz Truss. Lizz Truss was at CPAC by the way.
Just speaking for my family. Not that it should matter, we are a mixed family, black white etc, middle class. I feel like pretty much every aspect of life and America was better under Trump. Perfect no, but clearly better than the current democrat policies and this president. Just my humble opinion
that's extremely low info take and I'm a mixed family as well. Tha pandemic was awful and trump didnt do a good job. economically his data isnt even close to biden.

There were less wars under Trump and Russia was not threatneing to Nuke the world, Israel was not in open combat and the USA was energy independent. The unemployment rate reached 3.5 percent, the lowest in a half-century. Incomes rose in every single metro area in the United States for the first time in nearly 3 decades. Businesses are focused on quartiles. They will do whatever they need to do to show growth in the business. So if you cut taxes for businesses, you actually help the employees. If you HURT the businesses, and take more from them, the EMPLOYEEs are the ones who are affected. Less money in business, less adequate raises and benefits for employees. THAT is why Trump helps businesses. He is a business man and understands how they work. And he understands a company's first priority is their growth. A business isn't created to put employees first. A business is created to make money. And if they don't have extra money (based off growth from previous quarter, not actual amount of money) then you can bet your azz they'll tell employees if our pay isn't working for you, try going somewhere else and see if what's happening here isn't happening at 95% of businesses.

Let’s be real, holding social Media platforms accountable for their content and not letting them slide through loopholes is the right way forward. We can’t simply delete all social media
Reminds me of how the show "Parks and Rec" viewed or portrayed the regular working class citizen. They represented them as either so dumb that they can't figure how to use a drinking fountain, so devoid of self control that they needed to have the government tell them that drinking a drum of soda wouldn't be a good idea, or just plain crazy.
His last statement about working class people having a better understanding of issues that affect them is absolutely right. This is why more power over your daily life should reside with local and state governments rather than the federal government. Your voice and your vote also make a bigger impact at the lower levels.
No smart person would vote for a party that routinely defunds education, healthcare, infrastructure, all while cutting taxes for their rich buddies. They only vote that way because they bought into culture war nonsense.
I was just saying to my roommate the other day, about 25% of my paycheck goes to taxes and the vast majority of that is going to federal. Seems like it should be the exact opposite, I’d rather my money be going to state and local tax. Federal has the most ppl to pull from.
Gone since 1913 under Wilson with the creation of the federal reserve and taking America into ww1 on behalf of International Jewry to obtain Palestine. 1965 we lost it with the passage of Hart-cellar Act passed by Kennedy and Emanuel Cellar which gave us the replacement immigration policy we see in full force today.
I totally agree. Everything that was great in the America I loved has been destroyed. We were subjected to a Silent Coup in 2020. The Democrats have been playing the long game ..and now they decided it’s time. I believe Biden received 81 million votes from his Basement. Don’t YOU
