Sure enough, Argentina is becoming one of our favorite countries in this trip.
We cannot choose one single country but we have our preferences. We felt in tune with Georgia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Namibia. They all offer one way or another what we crave and show in this video.
We give up about getting any climbing gear in Mendoza, as it is incredibly expensive.
Now, we have more time we need to decide what to do and we opt for snow! We enjoy the area around Tunuyan and visit Chorro de la Vieja. Everything is covered in snow and we cannot get higher as the pass is blocked by meters of snow.
We enjoy the time in this valley, living at our own pace.
We continue south, towards la Payunia. Did you know is the area in the planet with the highest density in volcanoes? 800 cones!
The views are amazing and makes Argentina more and more into a dream country to Overland.
