Sigmas are usually single men, they really don't like the drama that's always coming along with long term relationships. The idea of being controlled (and EVERY woman is trying to control or manipulate you in one way or the other) is a nightmare and just draining energy. It's distracting and, if you'd take a very sober point of view, a waste of time. There will be superficial affairs occasionally, I personally even avoid this kind of "relationships" after disappointing and hurting someone years ago. It took years to develop very few meaningful and strong friendships and I prefer to spend some time with a good, likeminded friend over any female company. The freedom of being able to just sit in my car / booking a flight / etc whenever I want, is totally incopatible with a relationship, as I like to travel alone. Also the idea of not being able to enjoy nature in silence by myself would destroy the experience of a perfect trip for me. My house is a mancave on the countryside, there's no way any woman could make this place better for me. And after a long day of meetings, solving problems and talking to way to many people, there's nothing I enjoy more than silence. Life is great and I thank the lord for every peaceful day !

Alpha males are sincerely competitive with each other so that the winner gets the girl. The goal in life is to have that arm candy. A sigma male realizes a woman who acts like a trophy has no mind or thoughts of her own.

The truth is that alphas attract most women easier than sigmas. Introverted men don’t really attract women unless they’re hot. But after the initial barrier of meeting has been overcome, a lot of women (but certainly not all) do prefer a sigma male.

I agree with the previous comment about extroverted behaviors. My MBTI test came out as an INTJ. That was when I was a teenager. It's still the same. The I is for introverted. From researching this type of personality and talking to a couple of my friends who are psychiatrists, that o might be a Sigma male. I really don't care. But a lot of these points that are being spoken about do ring true to my personality type. And there's a direct correlation to INTJ's and Sigmas.

Yes. I love them both. But am finding Sigma even more attractive than alpha. And alphas are good. But I'm thinkin... Sigma... Man.... More Badass...even sweeter.. Quieter too. HIGHLY intriguing. Very.

They don't.... do not twist facts for views...i'm a born sigma, in 37 years i have gotten 83 blocks out of 88 dates despite being stoic and well mannered and over 10000 women disappeared or blocked me on dating apps in under 24 hours from initial matching, zero smiles when going out, no stares etc and i'm an ex model that practiced sports for the last 29 years, women only care about easy, familiarity to empathise with and benefits on the spot, the exact opposite from what a true Sigma brings to an interaction, That is reality.
