I dislike agencies. They turn me down and they only care about the families. Not the Nannie’s. They never give me any feedback. The ones where I live don’t help me. If they’re not here for me when I don’t have a job, why would they be there for me several years down the line with the family. For the record y’all, I have 10 combined years of babysitting and nanny experience.
It is up to you to gain experience and education. It is not up to the nanny agencies to provide that to you. If they are not working with you because you do not have enough experience then find a nanny position on your own and get some more experience or some child development courses.
@@TheNannySolution they don’t show me where to go if nannylane and care won’t offer that.. and I thought agencies are there to provide resources. So much for that. Your response is very unbecoming of a professional nanny agency. Disappointing and proved my point.

hi michael, i want to go through the agency this time! i just have my work permit, but have not started working for them technically..by the time i got my work permit and it is valid till 2024.unfortunately i have to look for a new employer now who is willing to sponsor while i can be authorised to work legally while my application is still processing..is there anyway i can reach you to go through your agency and work. thank you let me know
I kept trying but they said because I don’t have full time experience that I don’t meet the families’ needs. yet I have spoke to part time nannies who were hired. They don’t offer any answers and just give stuck up replies.
