@@vcxa3859yeah I had it for months after as well. Finding God really helped. I don’t deal with it anymore and partly because you learn what reality is and who you really are through God. It’s a tough process and it’s never easy but keep your head up you’ll get through it

I know someone who smoked and called an ambulance for himself from a panic attack. He got admitted for a few days 😂

The panic attack that comes with it is so bad though, I do not blame him for calling, when I had my panic attack my heart rate was high and blood pressure was skyrocketing.

@@JTheMan1 The breathing exercises helped me right away. I took 3 hits off a joint, then 3 minutes later my heart was beating fast I had the panic attack thinking I was about to die. This all happened yesterday. Once the panic attack went away after like 2-3 minutes, I laughed at everything I was watching from the 49ers-Jags game lol.

I’ve been smoking every day for the past 6-7 years, here and there depending where I was I may have been a little paranoid of cops and stuff, but never really like anxious in a way of thinking something was wrong with myself, I’ve always felt really relaxed and laid back from it, but for some reason a couple weeks ago I took a rip from my bong like always and sat down and 10 minutes later got an alert on my watch my heart was between 120-140 for the whole 10 minutes I was sitting, it really threw me off because I was just watching tv and felt fine but then once I started thinking about it my heart rate got even higher and was between 140-160 for an hour and a half straight in total, I never thought of it as a panic attack because I’ve never had one before so I really thought something was wrong and went to the ER, they told me I was completely healthy and fine which made me feel better, it wasn’t a new strain or anything I had been smoking it for a while, since that one experience I’ve felt completely different, I can’t sleep and even if I don’t smoke I still feel like I’m always worrying about having another panic attack, it’s really annoying because I had never been an anxious person but now because of that one experience I can’t even smoke a sprinkle of weed without feeling like I’m going to die, and the thing is I know I’m not but I can’t stop it, I always feel it physically before I do mentally, and then I start feeling it mentally, does anyone have any advice on how to get it to stop? I just want to go back to smoking weed like normal and having a good time, even in general when I’m not smoking I don’t want to constantly be thinking about it but I can’t help it, I’m not dependent on it I’ve always been a easy going and positive strong minded person until that one time, I just don’t understand why this happened out of nowhere and why I feel so different now

Bro what’s crazy is I’ve had this exact detail for detail experience just I didn’t stop and had like 2 episodes of panic attacks, I really don’t know what can make it go away.

I hear where you’re coming from brother. I have the same exact symptoms. I use to be a daily smoker and really enjoyed it. I’ve been going through this for almost 2 years now. I’ve watched hundreds of videos trying to find a cure and haven’t found much. Something I found that really helps is meditation. I tried this and it immediately allowed my breathing to open up and panicked thoughts and anxiety started to subside. I would recommend watching videos on how to meditate and if you already know how to check out the 10 minute self guided mediation videos. They have done me wonders over the past year. Vagus nerve exercises also helped for me because of the vagus nerve virtually being the head of the nervous system. Doing both of these before smoking could lead to a better high than you would have had you not.

Same experience smoked for 5 years and 6 months back I had a panic attack 2 days in a row and after that I stopped smoking weed for 6 months. I know it’s all in the mind but you can’t stop it no matter what and you want someone next to you to make sure you okay. I will say I do miss smoking weed however without I’m more focused, confident and more knowledgeable about my worth as a empath, I’ll say this if you stopped because of a panic attack it’s a lesson learned and if it wasn’t the lesson wasn’t hard enough. It’s your awakening moment and time for a change and you can do it. Weed ruined my life in a way where I lost my job, letting people run over me, not making progress with my life and most importantly saved money. It’s not for everyone like I said before, either lesson learnt or not hard enough

yeah, I love THC, but I am prone to anxiety attacks cause of my generalized anxiety disorder. Also, try cleaning and doing stuff to occupy your mind, if you are getting into a negative mindset, go for a walk, pet your dog, clean your room, drink some water, breathe, even pacing sometimes helps. I hope this helps someone get through the adverse effects of THC. Cause THC helps so much when you can get past the anxiety that may come from it. Keep your mind busy until it passes, also, breathing in for 5 and out for 5 helps so much, cause I would think something was wrong with my breathing, so I would do that and it would ensure me nothing was wrong. That made sure I knew I was getting all the oxygen I needed to. Anyway, one love y'all!
